It is a big hotel close to Times Square. The room was described as premium. A queen bed with bunk beds is what it turned out to be. The photo isn’t accurate of what we got.

Old, small, lights over bed didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, thin blanket and we both were cold all night! We went from a canceled Hilton Club rooftop swimming pool and very nice accommodations to a dump that cost more! I think the whole thing was a scam from the beginning! Door couldn’t lock…just a disaster! This after a total panic when original booking was canceled the day before we left for NYC and arrived at midnight! Horrible experience.Marta York

This is a hotel. I do not know why it lasts as a home. Elevators are not reliable and take forever! Thankfully I do not mind stairs.

Surprisingly quiet location

For the most part, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The room was small as described, but the beds were comfortable and the shower was decent and included all the necessary products. The discounted parking was also very much appreciated. We were disappointed that there was no in room refrigerator. The listing also states that breakfast is available for a fee, but there did not appear to be any options for breakfast and none of the staff mentioned how to obtain it. When we got to a room we had to ask for towels as we had not received any and the lady who brought two towels did not believe me when I told her we had no towels. I had to show her the bathroom to essentially prove that we needed towels and then I had to ask for an additional two towels so that we had enough towels for the two of us other than the person with the towels, all other encounters with staff were pleasant. The room definitely could use some upgrading both the lights over our beds were broken. Mine was literally held up with a hair tie and the AC was barely working. The most frustrating part was that the elevators were very small with maximum limit of seven people and that was pushing it. They were extremely slow and only two of them were working of the three.

Disappointed

When we arrived late at night, we found our room had been given away! Our options were to have two of us share a king bed (which as friends traveling together was not optimal) or two single bedrooms. Those rooms were the size of closets! We were moved to the kind of room we reserved the next morning. The beds are comfortable, and the housekeeping crew is very good and kept the room clean. But the hotel shows its age. There are chips and chinks in the paint on the wall, light fixtures don’t work, the safe didn’t work, one of the elevators was out for the entire stay. It’s a very convenient location, but it fell short of our expectations. I will say that our host company worked hard to resolve things for us.

Perfect location - close to everything!

If you’re looking for a place to sleep & want to be close to Times Square, this is a great location! The room was clean, bed was comfy, and AC kept the room cool. The room is small, but it was perfect for the two of us, who simply needed a place to sleep, because we were gone all day out in the city.The only thing that was slightly frustrating was that only 2 of the 3 elevators were working, and some of the ice machines were not working either. But we managed ok.
