Max occupancy including infants is 6 per HOA rules.

We live locally and are available when needed. We can always be reached on the app.

Wonderfully located in The Landing condo association in downtown Boyne City. You are a short walk to town, groceries, dining, and shopping.

Located in The Landing condo complex your rental is on the main floor. You can walk out your living room to your private patio which overlooks Lake Charlevoix and the shared condo pool (available Memorial Day through mid September).
There is also a private association beach on Lake Charlevoix. A wonderful spot to swim with the family while on vacation.

Rentals in June-Labor Day require a 5 day minimum.

Boat slip available for rent, please inquire as there are regulations that must be agreed upon before boat can be launched. (max 25' LOA, no pontoon boats)

This is a no smoking, no pets (association rules), no party condo.

Garage, condo entrance and patio are private.
Shared space includes the green lawn, pool, beach, and boat docks

Once booked guests must register with our association. We will facilitate this. You must provide: Names of each guest, one contact phone number, make and model of vehicles.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
