This private upstairs retreat features two spacious primary bedrooms, each with a luxurious king bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV for cozy nights in.

Whether you're traveling for work or leisure, the thoughtfully appointed work area offers a quiet space to stay productive. A full laundry room on this level adds extra ease and convenience for longer stays.

The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the lower level. The first of these bedrooms is fitted with a plush queen bed and desirable mountain decor. The second bedroom is a charming bunk room-perfect for family and friends. This cozy and colorful bunk room is designed with fun and comfort in mind! Featuring two sets of sturdy, stylish bunk beds with soft, plaid bedding, this space easily sleeps four guests — ideal for kids, cousins, or friends traveling together.

Pointers Den offers 3.5 bathrooms, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The lower level hosts a full bathroom with a combination shower and tub. It is conveniently located just steps from the bunk room and is easily accessible for the guests staying on the lower level. The half bathroom on the main level is well equipped and is conveniently located just steps from the kitchen. Two additional full bathrooms can be accessed on the upper level as they are each attached to the two beautiful primary bedrooms. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

This home is a 10 minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort and Mt. Abrams Ski Area and Bike Park. Pointer Den’s location allows easy access to many of Bethel’s most sought after attractions. The home is fitted with a smart door lock, an exterior ring camera, and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $150 per pet fee

Please feel free to use the gas grill. Grills need to stay 5-10 feet from the home. Please clean the grill after each use. If you run out of propane, please check for the backup tank.We appreciate a notice if you finish a tank so we can replace it between guests, or if you refill a tank at a local establishment please send us the receipt and we will happily refund the cost of the propane
