This is a stand alone apartment. No t shared with the owner or other guests. Laundry, bathroom and living space accessible only to you. No key or lockbox required. You will be sent a code for the lock on the morning of arrival.
Restrictions:
25-year minimum age for any booking guest. Absolutely no parties or events. This is a residential property in a beautifully quiet neighborhood.
We live in the neighborhood and are not hesitant to alert authorities to any violations of the law.
