Wonderful experience!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days during the summer, and we had an amazing time. It’s a very quiet area and a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into downtown. The home was beautiful, clean, and we had everything we needed without any issues. Would love to be back in the future!

Superbly Clean and New!

The home was lovely, location was great! One glitch that was pretty important - my check in instructions gave me the code for the lock box BUT not the location of it. It was a new listing for VACASA. On hold for 20 min while the VACASA agent tried to find the information somewhere. By that time the owner happened to to be walking around outside and I asked him, which he happily helped. I explained to the agent where it was located ( I would have never found it on my own) - and mentioned she should add those instructions to their check-in notes. Hopefully they did. Loved Port st Joe! ❤️🐚

CONS: Location of key box neither obvious nor specified. No accommodation for trailer parking not specified in advance. Photo on Vacasa shows the back of the unit (away from the street). This made for some difficulty in identifying the correct unit on after dark arrival. WiFi service was interrupted.PROS: Clean & neat.Comfortable bed.Excellent shower.Quiet neighborhood.Good beach access.
