Terms & Additional Fees:

In addition to the platform’s terms, a signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking method, we may also require a copy of a government-issued ID and confirmation of the last four digits of the credit card on file.

Violations of agreement terms and house rules are subject to additional fines. Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:

>> Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule are subject to the following fees: $1,500 event fee, $300 trash removal fee, $500 refundable damage deposit.

>> Up to 2 dogs allowed with approval and a fee of $200. Please clean up after your dog and do not allow them on the furniture. All pet waste must be picked up. A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard. Unattended pets must be crated. Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees. No cats allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.

>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout.

>> Max occupancy: 6. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit.

>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise.

>> The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered by damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors and extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates and doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts and omissions.

>> $500+ for plumbing misuse, including flushing anything other than toilet paper.

Code compliance with local noise ordinances is required. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.

Failure to comply with house rules or agreement terms may result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. In such cases, the guest will not be entitled to a partial or full refund.

Cancellations and date changes are not permitted outside of the cancellation window, including for personal emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans, particularly when traveling during seasons that are prone to extreme weather that may disrupt travel.

Beautiful location with ocean views from two levels. Pet friendly and easy access to the beach. Very clean with lots of amenities from cookware to beach gear.Only issue is the walls are thin and we could hear others snoring, coughing, or talking.

Great Place and great views

We had a great experience and this was an excellent spot. The host was responsive and even gave a refund when unexpected construction/maintenance was completed on the unit causing issues for our stay. Overall we had a great Christmas at the beach!

Beautiful placer

We had a great time. Easy to find and get into the apartment. The ocean front a great plus! We enjoyed the sunrise and moon rise. The communication with the host was fluid and nice. They were on top of everything and responded quickly. Even though the condos are a little outdated, this unit is renovated and lovely. Very well equipped. We would love to come back.

Instead of an ocean view our first morning, we were looking at a crane, the machinery version not the bird, and peaceful relaxation was replaced with the incessant reverberation of heavy machinery. The flooring of the decks was being replaced. The decks we couldn’t use because of men working out there which also gave us no privacy. We had our grandbaby with us making the noise a huge problem. While we understand renovations may be necessary, we were never informed of this and would have stayed elsewhere. Staylah took no responsibility saying they were not informed. The only alternative we were given was a house which was much larger but not nearly as nice. It was right on A1A so instead of the ocean we listened to traffic. There was no beach access and no pool. It was not what we wanted or expected.

We’re very sorry this experience did not meet your expectations. The construction taking place behind the original property was unexpected and, unfortunately, neither we nor the homeowner received any advance notice from the HOA. As soon as you informed us of the issue, we worked quickly to provide the only same-day relocation option we had available in the area for your dates so your vacation would be as minimally disrupted as possible. Before relocating, you were provided with the full listing details for the alternative property, and we also let you know that if these suggested accommodations did not meet your expectations, we could discuss other options. After reviewing the property details, you chose to proceed with the relocation. Once relocated, you later informed us that the new accommodations were still not to your satisfaction. At that time, we offered you the opportunity to check out early and receive a full refund for the unused nights of your stay, but you ultimately chose not to move forward with that option. While we certainly understand the frustration caused by the unforeseen construction, we do want to clarify that we made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve the situation, including covering the cost difference for the larger replacement accommodations and absorbing additional expenses associated with the relocation. As a smaller property management company with limited inventory, especially during peak season, our goal throughout was to provide the best available solution as quickly as possible under difficult circumstances. Although this situation stemmed from unexpected third-party circumstances, we remain confident that our team responded promptly, transparently, and in good faith throughout your stay. - Staylah of Northeast Florida

Beautiful little condo. No towels or washcloths in the kitchen. Drain in the upstairs bathroom shower was very slow. Parking card was basically just a blank plastic card, so hard to identify. All very minor issues, would definitely stay again. Host was responsive and helpful.

Amazing location

This place was adorably decorated and the real life views from the balconies are just as amazing as the pictures. Well stock kitchen and furnishing. Comfortable beds. Perfect easy access to the beach. They do have towels and beach chairs available if you didn’t bring your own. My only complaint is the list of check out instructions for cleaning is a bit more than usual, which I wouldn’t have minded except that I already paid 900 in host and service fees.

The property management team had great communication and helped us when we left an item behind. We loved having 2 balconies which were rather large with beautiful beach front views. They had beach chairs and other items available for use in the closet. There were a few items that were missing, such as oven mitts and a top sheet for the pullout couch, but they had everything we needed. There also was a bit of an ant problem which should be addressed. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay again.

Lack of communication from Property Manager

When arriving we noticed there weren’t enough bath towels. Zero hand towels for bathrooms and kitchen. We also needed bed sheets for the pull out couch and nothing. We ended up purchasing sheets and some extra towels and hand towels. Text and emailed the VRBO contact person and never heard back. Nice property but lacking items you need. And no communication from Property Manager

Dear Kimberly, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I followed up with our cleaning team regarding the concerns raised in the review. According to the cleaners, the appropriate number of towels were left for the guests, and washcloths were placed on the bathroom sinks for their use. I have time stamped photos of this to support their claim but since I can’t include photos in this review, I will be sending them to AIRBNB. However, you were correct in noting that no extra sheets were left out for for the sleeper sofa. The cleaning team is new and admitted they did not realize the sofa included a pull-out bed, which was an oversight on our part. To resolve this, I’ve asked her to check whether the sofa includes a built-in storage compartment for sheets (as many do). If not, I will be supplying a labeled, zippered plastic tote—clearly marked "FOR SLEEPER SOFA"—to ensure sheets are readily available going forward. Regarding the claim of poor communication, we do have documented correspondence between our team and you, which I will also be forwarding to AIRBNB. That said, I did find one missed message that came via email rather than our usual messaging platform. It was sent after 10:00 PM. Your email stated that you couldn’t find the sleeper sofa sheets and bought some yourself. When the team did see that email the following morning, they assumed it was informational since you stated that you solved the problem.
