Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Bellevue 10. The view, location, and accomodations are outstanding! Quick and easy drive to the restaurants in Kralendijk and all of the central and southern dive sites. The snorkeling and diving from the property's beach was also excellent. Julia and James were fantastic hosts. We look forward to coming back.

Wonderful stay, comfortable and great location

We loved our stay at Bellevue 10, it had all the amenities we needed as well as direct access to the water, which was important to us. Being right on the water, the views are unbeatable. Access to Kralendijk, restaurants and other necessities was perfect.I would give 4.5 stars if half stars were possible. Things to be aware of that aren’t fully transparent in the listing: 1) The price is for double occupancy; there an extra charge for more people although there are beds for 4 people in the description. 2) There are A/C units in the bedrooms but not the main areas. We tried opening all the doors and windows to get some airflow through the main living areas but it didn’t help much. Maybe ceiling fans would help? There’s always a breeze flowing, if it could somehow be channeled through the main areas that would be great. Not a huge deal but would make the stay just a bit more comfortable. 3) The second bedroom is in the back which is right off the main road and very loud when cars drive by. We gave our kids earplugs but it didn’t help much. Again, something to be aware of if you are booking for more than 2 people.

The Bellevue is the best

This was our fourth time staying in this building. The property and units are well maintained. Nicole and everyone at Oceanview Rentals were great. Oceanfront views, small private beach with accessible snorkeling and swimming right out your door. We will be back again.

We loved the apartment location on the water. There was some sand to enter the ocean from the apartment which is rare on Bonaire. The swimming pools were a nice bonus. The room was well equipped and the property manager was extremely responsive to all questions. Would highly recommend

Beautiful setting, great accommodations and very responsive owners! The pictures don’t do the scenery justice, the panorama from the large balcony was stunningly beautiful! Very clean and comfortable apartment with just the right amount of amenities. Thank you to the owners for sharing a slice of paradise!

Beautiful views and ultimate relaxation spot!!

We were a party of 2 adult couple and stayed for a total of 8 nights. We had absolutely no complaints about this property!! The managers were quick to respond to any questions both prior to arriving and during our stay. All the information we needed was sent via email with a handy guide/ap that had so much great information. The ocean views were amazing, the sunset’s breathtaking and the condo was very comfortable. If we make it back to Bonaire we will not hesitate to rebook these accommodations. Thank you for an amazing vacation stay!!

Gorgeous view

Great property with fantastic balcony! Diving right from the back with east entry and exit. If you aren’t on a night dive spend the evening watching the lights of divers’ below. Easy gear storage and outdoor shower. Elevator makes it easy to get to the top floor.

AMAZING!!!!!!

Location, comfort and amenities. This penthouse had it all. Amazing views, the dive shop, Beyond the Coral, is literally right across the street and were an amazing shop to work with all week. The sandy beach for the complex was so private and finding a sandy beach in Bonaire is no easy task. The snorkeling right off the beach was also amazing and the pool offered a cool refreshing alternative to the salt water. The dunk tank and locker for our scuba gear was so helpful, especially being in a third floor unit. The condo was all open air and very comfortable with the constant Bonaire breeze, but having two bedrooms with A/C was critical. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed. Finally, the owners were very helpful and responsive before our stay, at check in and at check out. I would highly highly recommend this unit.

Perfection

Everything was perfect, from the view to location and comfortable beds. Nicole was great to work with and made everything very easy for us. We had some flight delays and and a tropical storm hit during our stay, but they made sure we were kept up to date on info. The snorkeling was good just off the sandy beach. And the view was from heaven. The breeze made AC unnecessary except at night. We are looking forward to coming back and being able to stay longer

1st trip to Bonaire

Nicole and Martin were very welcoming and their beautiful penthouse unit made our family's first visit to Bonaire a success. The views, and breeze, made for a great "home away from home"! Staying on the water is an added bonus for this property which made it so nice to take an early morning or sunset swim on our own time. Thanks for hosting us!

Bellevue Bliss

We were picked up from the airport and in less than 10 min were in our beautiful condo on the beach. The hosts had wine and appetizers for us and we enjoyed taking a rest after a long flight. The location of this condo is perfect. The view is a million dollar view. The bedrooms were kept nice and cool with ac in the evening. We were all surprised to find the breezes running through the condo kept it very comfortable during the day . We really sat outside on the balcony 90% of the time. It was just so soo beautiful. There is a dive shop across the tiny street called Beyond The Corals and we would have done a boat dive with them if I had reserved ahead of time. We did rent snorkeling and shore dive equipment from Michael the owner. We loved the many restaurants in town and the Kite Food Truck. There’s a great reef right there. We will definitely go back to Bonaire and wouldn’t change a thing.

WOW!

This place was better than expected. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Joris is friendly and helpful. I forgot my yoga mat and he was ready to go get one for me! We ate a lovely Christmas Dinner on this beautiful deck. Great snorkeling right off the back. Fabulous location...close to airport, town, and great restaurant at Delfin Resort. I was disappointed I could not get us a house for this trip, but now plan on heading back to this property next year for Christmas!

The unit is gorgeous. Top floor. Great views. Gorgeous outdoor area. Literally on its own beach. Also has a small pool, hot tub, and patio chairs in common seaside area. On-site storage for scuba gear to drip-dry outside. Not in the middle of the (sometimes) noisy downtown cruise ship area. Easy access. Parking. Elevator. Great scuba shop 10 feet across the street. Perfectly situated with easy access to Sorobon/Jibe city, all diving sites, and a few minute drive to downtown businesses. Open the windows, pour a beverage, and relax on the outdoor lounge bed. The views are “postcard perfect” !

The best place i ever stay on bonaire!

Totaly refurnished beach penthouse with a nice beach style. I have seen the beste sun sets here. It also has a private beach, wich is pretty rear on Bonaire. Every thing was nice and clean.Great and compfy beds. Very friendly owner Joris. Super diver friendly and -easy place

The neighborhood where the penthouse is located (Belnam) is very popular w/ visitors and for good reason; it is in close proximity to everything you need! You are less than 10 minutes aways from all major conveniences and attractions.

The building's private, sandy beach is it's top feature. And it is very rare! Bonaire's beaches are mostly coral, making entry to the sea challenging in most places. Having access to a sandy beach that is exclusive to only 11 units is amazing.
