Nestled in a tranquil custom home neighborhood in the heart of Kalispell, this newly built (2024) 2-bedroom, 1-bath residence offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. Each property in the community sits on over an acre, providing ample space, privacy, and a serene retreat surrounded by Montana's stunning landscapes.
Step inside to discover a home filled with natural light, courtesy of 12 large windows that frame breathtaking views in every direction. From the north-facing windows, enjoy vistas of Glacier National Park, clear sights of Whitefish Ski Resort, and the northern lights (when visible).

You're just 10 minutes from Glacier Park International Airport, 30 minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park, 20 minutes to Whitefish for world-class skiing, and 20 minutes to Flathead Lake and Somers Beach. Nearby, you'll also find shopping at Costco and REI, plus great local dining and coffee shops.
Inside, the home is fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully furnished. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors.
