Welcome to Unit 704, a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condo at Phoenix Gulf Shores II that sleeps up to 12 guests. This spacious and stylish retreat is perfect for families or groups, offering modern comfort, designer finishes, and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

• Two queen beds + two twin loft beds in the third bedroom
• Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room
The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony, filling the space with natural light. A large sectional sofa, two swivel chairs, and flat-screen TVs throughout provide plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax.
The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, offering stainless steel appliances, gold accents on the white cabinetry and sink, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. You’ll have everything you need to cook or entertain, including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the wet bar is a standout feature—stunningly designed with gold accents, a sink, and a beverage refrigerator perfect for wine or extra drinks.
The master suite is a private retreat with floor-to-ceiling Gulf-front windows, a sliding glass door to the balcony, a flat-screen TV, and a work desk with a chair in case you need to check in during your stay. The master bathroom includes a glass walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.
The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a sliding glass door and a single vanity, while the third bath includes a large walk-in glass shower and another single vanity.
