Hideaway Cabin is on 7+ private acres! The secluded location and brand new furnishings make Hideaway Cabin the perfect choice for your next Hocking Hills vacation! It is on the same road as Secluded Cabin, Tranquility Ridge, Water's Edge, Coal Mine Ridge and Sterling Lodge so it works well as a stand alone unit, or as part of a large group rental. Must be 21 year to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons.

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. We loved the hot tub! Our only complaints, the water, and the lighting in the kitchen could be better.We enjoyed our stay! Thanks for plowing the roads!

We've stayed at different cabins in the Hocking Hills for several years now and this one had everything you need - privacy, hot tub, entertainment and a brand new grill. The upstairs bedroom had a great view and plenty of space and privacy. Would def recommend for a family with small kids. Other key amenity is the location. Being close to the 56/93 interchange and in the middle between McArthur and Logan is a great place. Can get to everything relatively quickly.

Beautifully equipped cabin in idyllic setting. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Total privacy. Will absolutely be renting again if returning to Hocking Hills area.

We've been coming to this cabin for years and it's our favorite!

We've booked this cabin 4 times over the last 4-5 years and it is a hidden gem. Comfortable, secluded, and roomy. The beds are comfortable and it is so clean. The hot tub, open kitchen and washer/dryer is a bonus.

Mini Adventure

We were visiting Cambridge from Florida for the week and booked last minute to take our kids to their favorite place. Hocking Hills is one of our top visits when we are in Ohio. While the cabin was lovely and very spacious for the 7 of us to hang out for the night after a long day of hiking.....they have very strict cleaning rules they send out after you have already book. The trash hadnt been taken away so there was garbage spread out from racoons, there was a dirty sock left behind, the deck hadnt been cleaned off in a long time so there was bird poop around the table, leaves and dirt piled up, the big glass patio door barely moved in it's track to the point where our kids (10 & 5) couldnt get in or out on their own, and when it was bedtime we popped out the couch bed to find a pencil, some popcorn and NO sheets!? Keep in mind this was after a long day of hiking, grilling dinner, firepit and smores, hottub and just hanging out so it was nearly 11pm. No time to get sheets now!? So we used blankets from the other beds for the kids to sleep....And while they allow pets, they stress over finding any pet hair, yet we walk into that mess.The hosts were very prompt on responding to our messages and offered compensation for our troubles. So, hopefully they keep a closer eye on housekeeping employees work ethics if they are going to send out such strict rules for keeping it clean and leaving it clean.....we would possibly stay again if we ever make it back to Hocking Hills.

The stay was nice. We woke up to know power around 7am. Power was restored after 4pmWe wnrnt to wak trails and enjoy the scenery. The cahin was very clean and it had everything that we needed.

Hocking Getaway

We were looking for a quiet place for a friends’ weekend in the hocking hills state park area. This cabin was a delight! We were within 20 minutes of any trail or park attractions we wanted to explore. Beautiful setting!

A wonderful stay

We loved the Hideaway Cabin. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The hard wood floors squeek when you walk on them, which we found charming. We also liked that this cabin has a covered back patio, this allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even when it was raining. The hot tub was fantastic after a day on the trails at Hocking Hills. Everything is a good 15 min drive from the cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin and would stay again in the future. Thank you Buffalo Cabins!

Fun Getaway

Cute place! Clean and close to all the caves…but enough away that it's quiet. Great hot tub and view on back deck is serene. Will definitely book again!

Comfortable cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that we would definitely recommend is for them to install some hooks. There were hooks available in the one bedroom, but not enough for 5 people. I would like to see some at the entry to the house and the bathrooms for sure. Wouldn’t mind having some near the back door for the hottub in the winter too. Otherwise I would highly recommend this cabin. I enjoyed cooking in this kitchen too.

Perfect get away

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin, neatly tucked away in Hocking Hills! Super close to all kinds of things not too far away from anything we needed yet secluded! And I have to say the beds were so comfortable. That’s a rare thing to find! We would stay here again 1000 times!!!

Perfect Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the Secluded Cabin. The bed was so comfortable. The cabin was secluded and we did not see anyone the whole time. The lay out was perfect and the hot tub was one of the nicer ones we have used. The host went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Thank you!!

Cute cabin in woods

The host informed us that the cabin had well water. We didn't realize how much it would smell like sulfur. Thankfully the hot tub only had normal chlorine smell. Otherwise the place was nice and well stocked. Nice to be secluded.

Hideaway cabin

We had a great experience at Hideaway Cabin! The place was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. We brought our dog and she loved the private drive and being able to explore in the woods. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

Vacation stay

The cabin itself was very nice and clean. The internet was very intermittent. Most times we had to walk to top of road. First time, in years of getting together, no contact with owners. Also, closing office at 4 on a Thursday and 2 on Friday not good.

Really enjoyed the cabin! Shower upstairs leaks through glass. We only used downstairs sjower. Wasn't thrilled about paying extra for propane tank. However everything was clean quiet and nice!
