Construida en 2012 y recientemente renovada, esta casa ofrece muebles y decoraciones artesanales para darle una sensación de estilo de granja.

Large home for a large group

We had our 5 grandkids and my 86 yr old mother with us for a retirement at Randolph AFB. The house was easy to find, clean, and roomy. The kitchen was functional but pots and pans need to be updated. We enjoyed our stay, liked the house, and wished we had time to use the pool.

Not what we expected

House was very spacious and we liked the room we had. However, it was a little run down. All window blinds were broken. Beds were uncomfortable. Vents were dirty. Pots and pans were old and broken.

Pros - decent neighborhood - clean towels - clean & comfy beds - easy check-in - plenty of space - baby crib - pack 'n play - child high chair - ice maker works well - coffee, cream, and sugar available in pantry Cons - home needs some TLC - could be a bit cleaner - child high chair was dirty - pantry not stocked well (no spices) - no placemats for table - no napkins/paper towels for kitchen - front and back yard need maintenance (dead shrubs in front yard and back yard is completely weeds; no grass) - patio furniture not clean - backyard neighbor's home can see directly down in to backyard

Wonderful family getaway!

Our family of 9 spent a fantastic week at this residence. It was clean, well maintained and had a great supply of kitchen stuff. We like to eat in and had no problem cooking for the whole group. The bedroom downstairs was helpful for Grandma who can’t do stairs. And the extra living area was great for the kids to play video games so we could visit downstairs. We will definitely come again! Thank you for a great family New Years Trip!

First impression lacking

Overall the house met our needs, however both front and back yards were full of very tall weeds... very uninviting. I have stayed in several 5 star VRBOs and AirBnBs, and appreciate the little extras that make them special. This house was clean and comfy enough buts needs a little more TLC.

Great House - Responsive Owner

The house was great and clean. The only concern was the landscaping (front/back). However once we spoke with Francis he was quick to respond and came and mowed the lawn himself. We had planned some outdoor activities for the kids, so we had we wanted to use the lawn. We appreciated the guidance in the instructions provided and the early check in availability. The location was fantastic in relation to SeaWorld 10 min and 22 min for Fiesta Texas. No issues with neighborhood. The driveway has an incline so be sure your emergency brake in your vehicle works!

Great spot for family reunion

The house is beautiful! So much better than getting in to separate hotel rooms. We met up with family and got to do dinner together and relax in the living room while not being cramped.

Very clean house with all the comforts of home.

We came to San Antonio for our Airman’s graduation from BMT. 8-10 of us stayed very comfortably in this house. Francis (the owner) is very conscientious & checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. He responds in a very timely manner to any question you may have. The house is close & convenient to lots of restaurants, stores gas stations, etc. I highly recommend this place!

Great Vacation at the Farmhouse!

This house was perfect for our visit to San Antonio with three of our grandsons! They had the whole upstairs to themselves! The house was close to two of the places they wanted to visit; Sea World and Six Flages. However, the best part of staying at the Farmhouse was the fact that it was sooo clean! We will certainly be staying here on our next trip to Texas.

Perfect place!

Thank you for helping our family of 8 enjoy a week in San Antonio without being cramped in two hotel rooms! The house was perfect for the young and season travelers. We were able to watch Sea World's fireworks through the game room's windows out of the heat and in our pjs. The neighborhood pool was just what the kids needed too. The house was spotless and clean when we arrived. The master bath shower was to envy! We will definitely stay at the Modern Farmhouse if we are in San Antonio again. Thank you again!

We were very happy staying at the modern farmhouse. It was just like the pictures and Francis was the perfect host always available to offer help but with privacy. We stayed for our sons Army PA graduation and I would recommend staying there.

great location near seaworld . very clean We loved this property! It was conveniently located and a perfect refuge after a busy day. The house was super clean and well-stocked with anything we could have wanted. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make our lives as easy as possible. It is very close to Seaworld for kids and family adventures, close to Lackland AFB which is perfect for BMT graduations, easy access to Downtown San Antonio famous Riverwalk and The Alamo and to other attractions like Six flags, and etc...

Perfect of family get way, faster WiFi internet connection, 2 living rooms for relaxations with 55" smart TV's UltraK with cables, there is a bar section you can share and hang out, outdoor charcoal is at the patio for BBQ's, basic kitchen and cooking utensils with some spices provided, access to the community playground and pool, closer to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. At the end of tiring sight seeing, you will lay down in the comfortable memory foam mattress beds.
