This 12x30 tiny home has one bedroom, one bathroom, living area, kitchen area and lots of outdoor space. There is plenty of parking near the cabin in the front of the tiny home and plenty of boat trailer parking and turn around area. The backyard is spacious and has a great view. The tiny home was recently remodeled. Come let us host your next visit to Warsaw, Missouri. High speed WIFI is available throughout the cabin. Feel like you are out in the country but only 5 miles from downtown Warsaw.

Warsaw has a quaint downtown area with lots of history, restaurants, local shops and antique shops. There are two massive lakes for fishing and boating, lots of miles of trails, and a beautiful Drake Harbor area for picnics and children to play. Visit the Harry S. Truman Visitor Center, Benton County Museum, and The Joe Dice Swinging Bridge.

Beautifully kept tiny house that is sooo well stocked! The host was lovely and kind! Would highly recommend! They also provided a great deal of information about the area, which was super helpful to us since we were from a city about three hours away. They also lovingly welcomed our two dogs and even provided a crate for our younger dog who was unusually anxious.

We really loved our stay here. We had been at a dog show for the past four days and really wanted a place to decompress and get some sleep before driving the 6 hours home. The cabin was perfect. It was very quiet and all other units were a good distance away. It is off season so probably quieter than normal. The cabin was very clean, had just the right amount of space for us and our two dogs and had so many great amenities. We were very comfortable. The area around the cabin was very nice. We took the dogs on a nice walk around the pond and they were very happy to stretch their legs after being in the car so much. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves back in the area.

Amazing little cabin that was just big enough for the family. We had a wonderful time. Nice pond and the fire pit was great for smores. Our host was very gracious and kind. Would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay here. The place is new and clean and comfortable. The bed sleeps marvelously. Just nothing negative here! We spent time outside down by the pond watching deer, geese and the catfish. We grilled and ate on the patio, and just chilled. Meeting Linda and Devan was great -- they are super nice folks. Highly recommend this place!

Comfortable Stay

Property was very inviting and our stay was Great! We only stayed 1 night. But we would have enjoyed staying a few more. Cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and had by far the most comfortable bed to get refreshed for the next day.

My family was very impressed with the efficiency of the space, as well as the cleanliness of the cabin. Communication was exceptional. My kids enjoyed the card games available in the cabin. Will definitely stay here again.

We are so glad to be new hosts of our tiny house. We are Linda and Devin. We have always had a small dog and would only stay at places that accepted our furry friend. When we decided to become hosts, we definitely wanted to be pet friendly. We love camping, boating and traveling. We look forward to being your host.

We have access to two very large lakes, Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. The tiny house and our cabin is located about 4 miles from the city and sits on 27 acres. The city of Warsaw is very small but quaint. The people are very friendly.

The tiny house is pet friendly. It has a separate bedroom with a king bed and plenty of outdoor space. It is very well stocked so our guests don't have to pack much.
