Situated a few feet from the beach and a block from the bay, this is a prime location! It is a 3 br, 2 ba, with a total of 6 beds (1 king bed, 2 queens, and bunkbed w/ trundle and sofa bed). This beach house has 3 floors, large deck, w/ BBQ, dishwasher, , 2 car garage w/ a space behind garage for a larger vehicle and washer/dryer. We include all the beach toys, kitchen/bath essentials, WiFi, netflix.

The Space:
The living room features a large comfortable couch, large enough for your entire group. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, a large patio with ocean views. Compare our location to other homes you are considering -- our address is 714 Whiting Court. We are literally 20 steps from the ocean-side beach.

The large 1,200 sf 3 bedroom/2 bath single-family home, sleeps 10. it is ideal for two families or one large family. Two ocean view decks/patio including a huge bottom floor deck (great for meals and watching the sunset), and all the toys -- 3 beach cruiser, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Perfectly located just off the boardwalk in north Mission Beach, walk to tons of great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and full grocery store.

Why rent Mission Beach Paradise?: We think you'll love our home for the same reasons we do. When we decided to buy in Mission Beach, we selected this home because of the size, convenient floor plan, terrific views, and incredible private location—close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crash, but not right on the noisy boardwalk with people staring in your windows. The convenient location is close to everything you need for the perfect vacation: lots of great restaurants nearby, Ralph's grocery store is a 10 min walk (or 2 min drive), SeaWorld is 2 miles away, San Diego Zoo is 10 miles, and La Jolla is just 6 miles up the road. You can even catch a Padres game at Petco Park (10 miles to downtown).

The home also has wireless internet, puzzles, board games, and multiple streaming services and 3 TVs.

The first floor has the deck, living room with a couch that can become a queen sleeper, the second level has the kitchen and a queen bedroom and bathroom and the third level has a master bedroom with a California King Bedroom and a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bunk bed (full on bottom, trundle and twin on top). There is a shared large bathroom on the third level.

We include beach towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys and an outdoor shower so you have everything you need to enjoy Mission Beach.

Guest Access:
You can't beat the location! The property is steps away from the ocean and boardwalk, across the street from quiet Mission Bay and just a few blocks from the dining and shopping district of Pacific Beach.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Mission Beach is a lively beach town with miles of boardwalk, hip shops, restaurants, bars. The home is 1/4 mile from Belmont Park -- a beach front amusement park with a historic wooden roller coaster, mini golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, escape room, fresh water pool, restaurants, bars and more). We are centrally located to everything in San Diego - the Airport (5 mi /10 min drive), downtown (7 mi/10 min drive), Sea World (2 mi/6 min drive), and the Zoo (10 mi/15 min drive) surfboard, and scooter rentals are within easy walking distance.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoying the people-watching on the beach, surfing or swimming in the ocean just steps away.

Getting Around:
After planning several vacations ourselves we loved the location and flexibility of this home. It is perfect for family gatherings or special get togethers. This home provides 3 parking spaces, virtually unheard of! And it's walkable to everything you need.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we rent the other side of the townhome (a separate 3 bedroom home that is connected on the second level by a hotel style door that will be locked). There is a large front deck that is separated by a small gate, but guests should be aware of this area that may be in close proximity to another set of guests.

ATTENTION: This home is in a high-density neighborhood and is only appropriate for quieter groups. There is a "no tolerance" policy for excessive noise, parties or indoor smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
This vacation home offers coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary high speed wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in Living room and a bedroom.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a family run business and my husband and I are actively involved in our vacation rental. We live only 5 minutes away and enjoy checking the guests in and out unless requested otherwise.
