The condo was clean, spacious, modern and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. The fitness center exceeded expectation. As for the location, Aspen Alps is in town, backing up to the mountain, close to all the restaurants and stores and just a few steps from the gondola. Can’t wait until next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aspen Alps #103 is so close to town. Two blocks from city market. This basic model is very basic. Screens falling off the windows and not fitting properly. Bathtub and shower look like they are original from the 70’s. Carpet is shredding. Kitchen utensils and limited and old/tired. No air conditioning. You can hear everyone walk by and their conversations. Woke us up many times. Very much like staying at a tired holiday inn.

The drivers all had personality and were pleasant to engage in conversation. I am the head of our company, and we do not have the consistency of excellence from the top to the bottom of our team. Other than this review, our stay was so easy and relaxed that until this review I didn’t think about work. My only criticism would be the quality of the furnishings. The age of the facility cannot be helped, but an update of the mattresses and sofas would be appreciated. We are repeat customers and will be again. The staff and location will bring us back.

We loved the wood-burning fire place and the proximity to Aspen mountain gondola and shops/restaurants. Labor Day weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We would stay here again. Comfortable beds and bedding, well appointed kitchen comfortable furniture. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Fabulous stay!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! From the awesome staff to our fabulous condo. The only thing that was bad was the noisy construction right across from us. I know that has nothing to do with Aspen Alps... but the drilling and constant banging made for early wake up calls. 7 AM. We loved our stay and will stay again once the construction stops! Thanks again for the memories!

Great Location

This unit was perfect for our family. We have two teenage daughters and they loved having their own beds and sinks in the bathroom. The hot tub is right behind the unit. We rented a car but you would not need to. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, boutiques, grocery and ski rentals. Loved the maid service as that was a pleasant surprise. Furniture and carpeting are all new and very nice. Would absolutely stay here again
