We had a great time at courtside 115! Everything was as advertised, the property was clean and we were closed to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay! exactly where wanted to be. Right across from our family who owns at the property. Dryer was having issue, called and someone was out same day! Will rent again for sure!

Very nice condo!

We have stayed in this complex several times over the years and this was our first time in a lower- one floor unit which was perfect for our elderly mother. The unit has very large bedrooms and has had some recent renovations. Unit is as pictured on site. Kitchen fully stocked. It takes 24 hrs for fridge to get cold on first day so we recommend not get groceries til late at night or the next am. The pull out couch needs instructions to use - we had to call because we thought it was broken. The only other suggestion is that ceiling fans be installed in the bedrooms and living room for air circulation. Otherwise tower fans in each room would help greatly. The box fan there put out Hardly any air. Overall a nice property and we would book it again.

Didn't get listed we signed for

We signed for one condo in Apr2022 but upon arrival discovered there was a snowbird in it & company tried to give us another unit without telling us. Substitute unit was not what we expected & company chgd us to another complex which probably was an upgrade.

Enjoyable but needs some work

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Courtside several times and really enjoy the location, size, and family friendly atmosphere of it all. Even though the buildings are older, many units are updated and in good shape. Not this one. It needs some work and generally feels a little run down. We had issues with the roof leaking and things being broken and simply taped back together. One of the chair legs that was tapped had my daughter fall to the floor (she's 30lbs). The complex is near the beach and walking to coligny plaza, which is really convenient. The seashore staff is wonderful and great to do business with, just not a great unit to use.

Wonderful Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly what we needed. We shared this unit with another couple. It was great to have 2 king beds. The unit was clean and equipped with all the kitchen necessities. The living area was comfortable and the TV in each room was a nice touch. The only issue we had was space to store our groceries as the pantry was used as an owner closet so we were locked out of using it. Another suggestion would be to move the silverware draw to the other side of the stove so if someone is working by the sink they can get to the silverware without moving people around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely unit! It’s on the first floor with no stairs. Plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The swimming pool was right outside our unit, access through the living room sliding doors. The unit was very clean and had plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Main bedroom has a walk in shower which was very convenient for my mom who has mobility issues. Great location. You can walk (about 10 minutes) or drive and park near Coligny Plaza. Beach chairs (2) and umbrella rental packages are available on the beach for about $45 a day. We were only here for 3 nights which included a day in Savannah so we only had one beach day. The beach rental was our best option. I would definite recommend this unit because of the comfortable accommodations and location! It was a great place for us!
