The Sunroom Villa on the Lake
Welcome to the Sunroom Villa on the Lake! This modern waterfront home is in the charming golf community of Rancho Viejo and is newly renovated. It is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath and boasts an open floor plan which opens up to the gorgeous fully enclosed sunroom. Overlooking the water and equipped with an outdoor kitchen and seating, it is perfect for lounging with family and friends! The home is equipped with WIFI, TVs, washer/dryer, and an office nook. This is the perfect space for work and play!
The home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. All rooms come equipped with a TV. The master has a king bed, a walk in closet which is very spacious, and a seating area. The unit comes with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped for all of your needs. The kitchen and restrooms are completely renovated.
The first full bath is connected to the master bedroom. The half bath is near the entrance/living room. An office nook (desk and chair) is provided if needed. The living room couch converts to a bed which sleeps two. The TV here is a smart TV and WI-FI equipped for streaming! The outdoor patio can be accessed via the living room sliding door. The outdoor patio/sunroom is completely enclosed with screens. It comes equipped with a charcoal/propane bbq pit, outdoor sink, and outdoor dining table.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the second bedroom which has a nice king bed that sleeps two comfortably. This second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the floor plan relative to the master bedroom which provides privacy between the two spaces. It also has its own private bathroom connected to the bedroom as well as a walk in closet.
The third and final bedroom is located upstairs and can be accessed via the stairs in the living/dining area. It has a full bed and a twin bed. It also has its own full bathroom and walk in closet.
We have two private driveways with enough room for 4 vehicles. Please let us know if you will have more than 4 vehicles.
