My STR Journey – How It All Began

My journey in short-term rentals began in 2021, just after the world started to emerge from the grip of COVID. I noticed something around me: students, business travelers, and couples were all looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay—but hotels were simply out of reach for many.

At the time, I was working with a 5-star hotel, so I knew firsthand how expensive and sometimes inaccessible those accommodations could be. It didn’t seem fair that people had to choose between quality and affordability.

That’s when the idea sparked. I had a room in my home that wasn’t being used—and I saw an opportunity to create something better. A space that was not only clean and welcoming, but also thoughtfully prepared with the same attention to detail you’d expect from a luxury hotel.

I listed that first room—and that’s how my hosting journey began.

What started as one room has grown into a mission: to provide guests with exceptional stays at reasonable prices, built on care, comfort, and a true understanding of what travelers need.
