The spacious full kitchen is well-equipped for preparing everything from quick meals to gourmet dinners, featuring a dual set of cooktops for both electric and gas cooking, as well as all the cookware you'll need. The dishwasher makes clean up a breeze.

The dining area is perfect for family meals opening up to the outdoor dining space for easy el fresco dining, while the cozy family room and bright sunroom provide the ideal spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. There’s also a selection of games, books, puzzles, cards, and a CD player for your entertainment.

Families will enjoy the multi-level living including the ease of a main floor queen bedroom, king master suite on the second story, along with another private bedroom with 2 twin trundles. This provides everyone with their own private space to retreat after sunny days exploring. Both upstairs bedrooms access private balconies that overlook the water.

Step outside and enjoy easy beach access, just a few steps from the front door. The peaceful shoreline invites you to explore, enjoy beachcombing, or simply relax while gazing out over the tranquil waters. Need to Know:
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
There is no guest access to the garage or storage area above.
Grassy lot adjacent to this home is a shared community space and houses private residents' watercraft. These kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, etc are considered private property and not for guest use. Feel free to put your items in the same area for ease of access, but be respectful of other equipment on site.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
