The Whitetail is just a 5-minute walk or ski to the Happy Valley Lodge, where you can easily catch the gondola into the village. For added convenience, it's also a short drive to the village, where you'll find everything you need—groceries, a liquor store, a doctor's office, restaurants, and more!

Pre-arrival requirements (after booking):
- Pre-Arrival Form – under 2 minutes
- Guest Agreement & ID verification – via an Airbnb (and other OTA's) - approved third-party provider

Choose one protection option:
- $56.50 Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $500 (no deposit hold)
- $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit – temporary hold, automatically released 7 days after checkout

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle.
Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In.
