- Pre-Arrival Form – under 2 minutes
- Guest Agreement & ID verification – via an Airbnb (and other OTA's) - approved third-party provider
Choose one protection option:
- $56.50 Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $500 (no deposit hold)
- $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit – temporary hold, automatically released 7 days after checkout
Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. Such costs may be requested via an OTA's Resolution Center.
