Good location for exploring the island.
We liked the location because we can get to Kona and Hilo in reasonable amount of time. If we stayed in Kona, it would had taken longer to get to Hilo, and vice-versa. If you’re only staying on the west side of the island, then you may want to get a location closer to the beach. Great location for exploring the entire island, but a little far if you’re only staying on the west side of the island around Kona

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The Condo had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend this location. One suggestion, it would have been nice to know that beach towels, beach chairs, an iron, blow dryers were all included. These were not listed on the amenities list. Had we known, we would not have brought them.

Not what you expect!
Wish I could leave a good review but sadly we were very disappointed in this condo. The pictures do not show the damaged and dirty kitchen sink, floors, rugs and furniture. We were there for four nights after Christmas. Prices were very high and inventory was limited. I thought I had found a good deal with this condo and rented it for myself and three other family members. I was very embarrassed at the condition of the unit when we arrived. My concern started when I saw the entry mat and front door...both old and dirty. With minimal work and cost this unit could be fixed up to represent what the pictures show.
Pros: Comfortable beds, fairly clean bathrooms, across from gas station and nice grocery store.
Cons: Very dated and dirty furniture and rug in family room; walls dirty and nicked up; kitchen sink is disgusting; bathroom cabinets extremely low and beat up; located on a busy road; palms on lanai half dead.

The condo had NO cooling/AC and it was hotter than an oven. Miserable! Carpet was very dirty. Unit smelled and the excessive heat made it smell worse.
