As you enter the home, the first door on the right opens into a separate living room featuring a cozy sectional sofa and a TV—perfect for movie nights or a quiet space to unwind.
Continue into the main living area, where an open-concept kitchen, dining, and lounge space invites connection and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, full-size appliances, all the cookware you need, plus a coffee maker, grinder, and a taster jar of locally roasted beans to start your mornings right. A dining table seats six for shared meals or games, while the main living room features a plush sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a gas fireplace for cozy evenings in.
Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your own BBQ and a small backyard space—ideal for summer evenings or winter après.
Also on the main floor is a full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, fluffy towels, locally made hand soap, a shampoo/body wash combo, and a hair dryer.
