We are nestled in a centrally located area near many parks, walking paths, playfields, stores, restaurants, and freeway access. Downtown Edmonds is just a short drive away with beach, train station and ferry terminal. Downtown Seattle is just a 30-minute hop on I-5 with amazing sightseeing and sports attractions. Within 15 minutes there is Boeing Everett, Mukilteo, Whidbey Island ferry, Alderwood Mall and Lynnwood Convention Center. You are within a short distance of Costco, Starbucks, boutique shopping, Farmer’s markets, nurseries, art galleries, restaurants and breweries. Our Nest is a family friendly one-step entry, two-story 2000 SqFt home that features a large gourmet kitchen with dining table that seats 8 and 3 barstools at the large kitchen island. Hardwood floors though out with cozy decorative rugs and carpeted family room that seats 8 and living room that seats 7. All 4 bedrooms have plenty of closet/storage space and all 6 beds (sleeps 10) have quality mattresses with allergen protective covers and quality linens. All bathrooms are stocked with many fluffy white towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer.

There is ample free parking with 4 car access in the driveway and 3 cars in the graveled front area. Upon your arrival, you will use our secure keypad entry and enter the main floor which includes: spacious living room, newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, large dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry room, expansive family room with 65” TV (high speed internet and ROKU) and workspace/desk, as well as a King bedroom with mounted 35” TV. The laundry room completes the main floor with washer/dryer/laundry detergent/cleaning supplies. This main level is ideal for anyone stair challenged as it contains all the living spaces very conveniently located.

Out back you will find a covered deck with benches, table and chairs and a barbecue. Down the 4 deck stairs is a fully fenced grassy backyard, a sport court for pickleball or basketball, badminton on the lawn, fire bowl with many outdoor chairs and small children’s playhouse. Various racquets and balls provided.

Stairs to the upper level of the spacious home lead to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed with a daybed twin/twin trundle bed, perfect arrangement for 4 people. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, reading chair and bench seat.

The Primary King bedroom is huge with an ensuite bathroom and cozy seating space for lounging with a swivel rocker chair and love seat and a small desk with chair. Pack ‘N Play portable crib with memory foam mattress provided.

Our grand kitchen has many conveniences such as: stainless steel appliances, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water/ice, in-sink garbage disposal, instant hot water dispenser, Keurig with coffee pods/creamer & sweeteners, drip coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, dishware/glassware/stemware/pots & pans/utensils/numerous seasonings/trash bags/foil & plastic ziplock bags of various sizes/dish soap & dishwasher pods, and a large pantry space for all your groceries. Our quartz kitchen counter island is a perfect casual eating option with bar stools or can be utilized as a buffet area for large groups.

Additional amenities: air mattresses, highchair, children’s books, vacuum, 2 folding card tables, 6 folding chairs, s’more skewers, barbeque supplies, extra propane tank, five box fans in each bedrooms/other closets, extra blankets and additional linens are sure to keep everyone comfortable.
