On first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed from which one can be changed in 2 single beds and a bathroom, both bedrooms have sea view so that when You wake up in the morning first thing that You see is sea. House is equipped with WiFi, climatisation and TV for living space and every single room, private parking for 3 cars

Whole house is only for yourself and is built on cascade terrain of 650m2 (7000ft2), surrouding of this house is decorated with palm and olive trees which are there to make Your stay more cosy, comfortable and private. Best thing about this vacation home is terrace, which offers dining space with domestic fireplace and grill on which You can make You favorite meals, relaxing area equipped with booth on which You can drink coffe in the morning while enjoying Your favorite book and panoramic view or have a glass of wine in the evening with Your family. Also it consist of swimming pool and sundeck area on which You can enjoy sunlight from early morning till late afternoon because of southern position of the house.

Located on south part of island Vis, this property has beautifull panoramic view. Its cascade terrain with medditereinen garden gives You privacy and comfort that You deserve. Because of the south position You can enjoy sunlight from morning till evening. Pebble beach is located 3 minutes away and sandy beach 6 minutes away. City center with ferry port is 10 minutes of driving, market 5 minutes and supermarket 10 minutes of driving.

Renting of the house is not allowed to the young groups who would like to party and violate the rules of the tourist board of island Vis.
