The amenities are top-of-the-line and include brand new appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. For your safety and convenience, we offer keyless, no-contact entry and regularly sanitize our space according to and CDC guidelines.
Large windows flood the living space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Home-style amenities such as washer and dryer.

This apartment is nestled within a community setting where we are kindly asked to respect quiet hours (starting at 9:30 pm) and be mindful of noise levels, as other residents reside nearby. Noise complaints can result in a $300 fine.
Please be aware that smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors and on the patio. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. I uphold a zero-tolerance approach. For added safety measures, the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras, as well as O2/smoke and noise detectors indoors. Your comfort and enjoyment during your stay is my top priority.
The is not a hotel, it is a home, please treat it has such. I kindly ask for you to clean up after yourself by rinsing off your dishes, and wiping up crumbs, and putting trash in the trash bin.
Please note that the 2nd “bed” is a fold out futon that sleeps up to 2.
