Welcome to The Slow Horse—a modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse built for comfort, clarity, and connection. This three-level space sits just minutes from Rupp Arena, the Distillery District, Manchester Music Hall, and downtown Lexington. Whether you're here for Keeneland, a UK game, a wedding, or a quiet reset, this home is designed to let you settle in and feel at ease.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own private full bath—no sharing, no waiting. Two bedrooms feature king beds and walk-in closets, while the third has a queen bed and its own en suite. The layout makes it easy for couples, families, or groups to have both space and privacy. The open kitchen and living area on the main floor is perfect for sharing a meal, streaming a movie, or unwinding after a full day out. A half bath adds extra convenience, and the upstairs laundry is built for real stays.
Step outside to the private deck with a Weber grill and cushioned seating. Inside, you’ll find high-speed fiber internet, a Peloton bike, and curated design details throughout. Parking is private and included—no street search required.

We absolutely love the location. The neighborhood is growing, evolving. It’s not a quiet cul-de-sac, and that’s part of the appeal. You’re based along a main road, but you’re also right in the middle of everything we love about Lexington.
From here, it’s easy to get downtown, catch a show at Manchester Music Hall, or walk through the Distillery District. Rupp Arena’s just minutes away. Keeneland and the airport are a straight shot—close enough to skip the early wake-up. And some of our favorite coffee and food spots are right nearby. It’s the kind of area where you’ll see new businesses popping up next to local staples, and where you feel the momentum of the city without being swallowed by it.
What we like most is that it’s real. This isn’t a polished tourist zone—it’s an accessible, connected part of Lexington where you can settle in, move at your own pace, and feel a bit more like a local.
