Our property features all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire including parking and private back patio. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Located in historic S Mill Neighborhood, guests will be surrounded by some of Lexington's most desirable Historical properties while being walking distance to all that Lexington has to offer.

Whether in town for a sporting event, horse racing, a show at Rupp Arena, work trip, Bourbon Trail, wedding, or just an incredible weekend getaway, this home offers a 5-Star experience every guest will enjoy. Guests are only moments to campus/downtown and conveniently located to be only a short commute to all of Lexington.
Guests will be dazzled by this charming unit. Featuring traditional/modern furnishings and modern-day amenities, this 3-story townhome has character and style throughout. We can't even begin to describe the amount of natural light, homey feel and comfort this property possess. Featuring Wi-Fi, guests will also enjoy a smart TV in al living spaces where they can access their favorite streaming channels with their personal login.
The house is setup as follows: Upon entering, guests will be greeted by our sitting room featuring a Love Seat & Upright Piano. Guests will continue on to our updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and dining table for 6. Our kitchen opens onto our sunken living room with a sectional.
Our second floor includes two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Our third floor features a cozy second living space and two twin beds.

While our property is walkable to many local attractions, we do suggest guest have a personal vehicle or rental car to access Central KY.
Guests will enjoy this 3-story townhome that includes a private back patio and private parking for up to 3 vehicles. Guests are prohibited from allowing more people onto the premises than the maximum occupancy limit specified for the property. Any unauthorized guests beyond the allowed occupancy are not permitted at any time during the rental period. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancelation of your booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
