About Myself. I was raised in the Midwest, but I have lived in every major region in the US including both coasts. I love to travel and have been to Many European countries, Egypt, Turkey, and many coastal cities in Mexico. After completing my doctorate, I moved from the Pacific Northwest in 2000 to Make Phoenix my permanent residence. I have always wanted a beachfront home and during my first trip to Rocky Point in 2004, I fell in love with the area. The beauty, all the wildlife, along with the convenience, safety, and many activities made we want to make Rocky Point our vacation home and retirement home.

Why did I buy it: Because of my travels, I knew what I wanted, Views, Views, and more Views! At that time Las Palomas has just started their first building, and one of the original developers had planned to keep the 11th floor penthouse, but he allowed me to purchase it and be in on the construction from the beginning. It was a perfect fit. We were able to make the patio total size larger than a basketball court, and place the outside propane grill and bar on the deck along with multiple private seating areas. There is also a portable fire pit (please only use duraflame type logs for safety and cleanliness). Also, we were able to cover some of the deck to allow people who want to sit in the shade and still enjoy the outside. This, along with a marine grade outdoor surround system compatible with any Apple device (I-pod/phone/pad) has resulted in weddings, and business receptions on the deck overlooking the beach not to mention many catered dinners with family members and guests.

Compramos este condominio porque nos encanto el lugar, y por tanto viajar por el mundo ya sabia lo que queria. En ese tiempo Las Palomas acabava de comenzar su primer edificio, y uno de los desarrolladores originales tenía previsto quedarse con la unidad, pero decidio verdermela. Fue perfecto, la terraza es grandissima, cuenta con su parilla de propano y bar en la terraza. Esto, junto con un sistema de sonido de muy buena calidad compatible con cualquier dispositivo de Apple (I-pod/phone/pad). En este Condominio se ha dado bodas y recepciones de negocios en la terraza con vista a la playa. Sin hablar de muchas cenas con familiares e invitados.

Unique Benefits: A traveler will truly enjoy the ability to combine outdoor patio activities with being able to enjoy the indoor activites of the pool table/air hockey/ping pong table or just enjoying cooking in the large kitchen or watching TV/DVDs on flat screens in the living room or any of the bedrooms by opening up the living room glass wall or bedroom glass doors. This gives you a feeling of having the whole beach to yourself. My wife has uniquely decorated it comfortably with both a contemporary and a Mexican flare. There are many times that we have not even left the unit during our stay. To my understanding, there is nowhere else in this resort that simultaneously you can watch the sunset, the old town city lights, the golf course, and look at the pool area at the same time. You can relax in one of the loungers, the hammock or sit in one of the many sitting areas when others are enjoy activities or resting indoors or out. Also, the unit comes with a 'prestige card' golf membership that allows discounted rates and preferred tee times at the golf course. I think you will very much enjoy our little pieece of paradise.

Los beneficios son que realmente se disfruta la terraza grandísima con bellísimas vistas. Adentro también hay una mesa de billar, TV / DVD en pantallas planas en la sala de estar y en cualquiera de las habitaciones. Mi esposa decoro el condominio de forma cómoda tanto con un estilo contemporáneo con un toque mexicano. Hay muchas veces que ni siquiera hemos salido de la unidad durante nuestra estancia. No hay otro lugar en este complejo como este condominio cual ofrece vistas del puerto, de la cuidad, de campo de golf, y de toda la playa. Usted puede relajarse en la hamaca. Además, la unidad cuenta con club de golf 'tarjeta de prestigio' que permite descuentos preferenciales en el campo de golf. Creo que le encantara mucho nuestro paraíso. Bienvenidos.
