-The primary guest must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID.

-Pets are not allowed at this location.

-Linens and towels are not provided. Please bring your own or inquire about renting them from a local company that will deliver and pick them up directly at the unit.

-This property includes four separate units. The unit in this listing is located at the rear of the property in its own building and requires climbing one flight of stairs to access.

-Street parking only. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and all street parking on this block is free.

-For your safety, exterior cameras are installed around the property. None are directed toward the interior of the unit.
