Esta unidad de la línea de costa increíble goza de vistas al río desde todas las habitaciones. Viene con todo lo necesario para salir de casa, ya sea para trabajar o jugar. duerme fácilmente cuatro y tenemos camas nuevas de tamaño king!

Hay una zona de escritorio con ambos a internet por cable e inalámbrico si necesita usar su computadora portátil en el ir. Los toques de gama alta adornan la sala de estar y todo lo que necesita para una estadía larga o corta está en esta unidad ... ¡Incluso tiene una LAVADORA y SECADORA!

Muchos alquileres de vacaciones olvidan los detalles. Nuestra unidad también tiene una tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, reproductor de DVD blue ray. Tenemos todo lo que necesitas ... ¡Solo trae tu ropa y comida! Incluso tenemos especias, azúcar, café.

Relajarse en la terraza privada.

¿Quieres ver los lugares de interés? Corra por el sendero que bordea el río hasta el mercado del sábado, o cruce el puente peatonal que cruza la estación Union y tome el tren ligero de la línea verde, el tren ... ¡A donde quiera ir! Portland es una ciudad peatonal y en bicicleta agradable .... Así requiere ningún coche.

Tener un coche de todos modos? Tenemos estacionamiento cubierto, asignado y GRATUITO en nuestro histórico edificio de mercado en el lugar, una tienda de comestibles y un restaurante de pizzas, para esos días que simplemente te apetece pasar el rato en casa.

All the bases covered.

This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with.

River view from a comfortable condo

This 2-story 2bdrm loft condo is furnished with everything you would ever need. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe and it was a quiet group of residents. The view of the river is beautiful and the walkway is very nice. Rainbow lights reflect in the water from the Moda Center every night. There are squirrels running around everywhere. The owner was a true pleasure to deal with, was available, but we were given complete privacy. We stayed for several months and really felt at home.

Great location, clean, easy walk to Pearl

We were here for a little over two months while my daughter was at a local clinic. The property is beautiful and well maintained with a small grocery and restaurant basically on site. A pedestrian bridge right across the street takes you direct to the Pearl district with tons and tons of dining and shopping as everything is starting to open back up. Washer and drier worked great as did all the kitchen appliances. Everything was well maintained. The view of the river from inside and on the two decks is right across from Moda Center and Steel Bridge. The lights on Moda at night were fun, and there was always something going on to watch in the river. Property felt very safe and the parking slot was super convenient. Sunny the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Portland

The waterfront condo was a perfect location for coming home after days of touring, wine tasting, and hiking in Portland and the surrounding areas. The bed was as comfortable as home, and probably one of best available through VRBO we've ever stayed. Super clean and quiet. We made easy dinners a couple of nights with a well appointed kitchen. Great views of the river and fun to watch the rowers, boats and crusiers pass by. There is a walking path that follows the river and is a short distance to downtown. We'd recommend a couple of places to eat that were fun experiences and delicious food - LeChon (Tapas) and Little Bird (French Bistro). Voodoo Dounts is hip, loud and sweet. Downtown is cool, but make the trip to Multnomah Falls and Thunder Island Brewery in Cascade Locks. The views were stunning. Though we didn't meet Sunita, we are thankful for sharing such a wonderful condo with us!

Convenient location but across the river from industrial area

Nice, clean condo and responsive owners. Got everything we need in the condo (except for a dining table). The main down side is that it's right across the river from industrial area and the view outside was a bit depressing. We ended up not using the decks at all - there are no chairs outside. The main reason we got this condo was its waterfront location so we were a bit disappointed.

Awesome location, pretty and comfortable

As some others have mentioned, there was some train noise and an occasional delay waiting to leave the neighborhood when a slow train was crossing, but we loved the place. Clean, quiet and lovely little view with a great walking/running path just outside.

Portland vacation

Perfect location. Our 30 yo son was with us and he has the privacy of the entire 2nd floor. We had the master bedroom on the 1st floor. River view from the deck. Easy access to the the riverside paved trail that we walked each morning. Central Portland is less than a mile away. Plenty of space and comfortable furniture and beds. The only negative was the very squeaky sound of the trains even though they were half a mile away. They were running all night which is a good Econiomic indicator that freight is moving but at times challenged my sleep but did not bother my wife or son. Finally our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after midnight. It was difficult to find the apartment because the street address is on the major avenue while the community is on a small street closer to the river. I suggest better directions to turn into the security gatehouse.

On the beaten path

Very convenient location...nice walking trail right outside the unit with easy access to Waterfront Park, Pearl District and Downtown...river views from the living room and both decks...a little noisy (trains) at times, but generally an enjoyable stay.

Great riverside place

Wonderful two bedroom two bath condo with all the amenities supplied that we needed for a full week stay. Super clean and comfortable. Property owner exceptionally easy to reach. Walked everywhere from here. Wonderful river side views and great people, boat, and train watching from the two balconies. Thank you and hope to return.

Sunny is a great host who is very responsive. She answered our questions promptly and even left two yummy chocolate bars in the kitchen for us! The place is on the waterfront and has a nice jogging path along the waterfront with easy access. Plenty of great food nearby too. A great place to stay in Portland!

Great location and very comfortable place to stay while visiting the Portland area.

Property is clean and well appointed for a comfortable stay. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is perfect for 2 couples to relax in comfort after enjoying the sites in Portland. Very close to the Pearl District for shopping and restaurants. Sunny is an excellent host. She made sure that our stay was perfect.

This was an excellent property to enjoy all that the city of Portland has to offer.

I was very pleased with this property. It was clean, well maintained, and met all expectations. It's location can't be better... minutes to the Moda Center, downtown Portland, the Saturday Market, and pretty much any location/event in Portland. The owner was very pleasant and communicative, and there were no issues with any aspect of our interaction(s). Overall, I would highly recommend this property!!!

Comfortable and Clean Place

My sister and I enjoyed our time in Portland, usually walking for miles every day. The path along the river is a great place to start your walk into the downtown - either way will get you started. The beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms meant we each had our own space.

Amazing

Very clean and awesome location! Yes, you can occasionally hear the train...but we loved it. You can walk anyway. Great view of the the river and if you are a walker or runner, as I am, right out the door for a great walk or run. Slept awesome all night. Two levels to sit outside ad enjoy the river and the outdoors. Highly recommend. The beds are super comfy and everything was there in the kitchen.... I would go back ...

Great week stay in Portland!

The VRBO was perfect for two couples, the deck with the waterfront view was lovely and the location worked very well visiting Portland and nearby areas. The parking spot was a big plus as well. We would certainly recommend this property.

Comfortsble and convenient

The condo accomodsted 2 couples comfortably. Very clean, with all amenities. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and other sites downtown. Spent each morning and evening enjoying the view from the deck. Sunny was great to work with , responding promptly to emails and calls. Designated parking a big plus! Thanks so much.

We purchased this lovely unit a few years ago and decided to share it with relatives, friends and guests. Hope all of you will enjoy our place as much as we do.
We are sure you will not be disappointed.
The proximity of this property to everything you need is very convenient.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When we first saw this place, we did fall in love with it since it has a river view from every room and it had a cozy feel to it. Drinking our first cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on our 2 decks, as we are watching the waves or the boats go by is what we have enjoyed very much.
Being close to the Pearl District is another advantage, specially when we feel like eating out, we just walk over to the Pearl District or down town and try one of the restaurants. If we want to see a SHOW or a PLAY or a MOVIE we do the same.
We have always enjoyed the Saturday Market and the Farmers Market which are also walking distance from the condo. We hope you will enjoy our wonderful place as much as we have.
Taking a train to Portland, the AMTRAK station is walking distance from us. Don't have a car? Our local trains and busses are also walking distance.
