This is an absolutely beautiful cabin! We loved the views from the back porch and the open kitchen! It was nice having the Jacuzzi, pool table and TV room downstairs as well for entertainment! The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were inviting! We definitely recommend this stay!! The host Benjamin was incredible when we asked him for help or advice he was there in a hurry. 5 Stars all the way!!

Property was as listed. Clean, beautiful views. Saw three black bears in one day. Quiet no neighbors, pool and pickleball courts were used daily. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Would highly recommend this property.

Such a pretty cabin which was close to everything we wanted to do. Host was very responsive to messages. My only suggestion, and its an easy fix, would be to have soap in each bathroom and a soap dish or something to set the bar in..as someone who just finished up chemo handwashing is very important to me. Thanks for the great stay.

Fantastic experience at this home in Sevierville! Nestled in the trees, this property had amazing views all around. Everything was clean and set up for our arrival and we appreciated the layout with beds on all 3 floors - giving us room to spread out. The host was attentive and responsive from booking to check-out. Could not have asked for anything more!The home was perfectly located for our family getaway to the Tennessee mountains and Dollywood/Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Property was true to the listing and our family had an amazing week! Air hockey, fooseball, pool table, indoor pool, and game room were well-used and appreciated by our kids. 10/10 I highly recommend this property and the host.

We loved the cabin. My 7 year old stayed in the pool for the whole 3 days. Very clean, quiet, and very cozy. I had great communication with Ben before and during our trip. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

The cabin and mountain views from the balcony were beautiful. We had a very nice stay and the host was quick to respond to any messages we sent. We also got to see a black bear while on the balcony. Would recommend!

Great stay!

This property (cabin) was isolated and peaceful. It was quiet and located just 20-30 minutes from Pigeon Forge. When we arrived we were very impressed with how clean and well stocked the cabin was and the various games and activities to keep the kids occupied. The host communicated with me to see how things were going and if we needed anything. The kids were excited to see their first live bear outside our cabin less than an hour after checking in. Great experience, especially since this was my first time using Vrbo.

Great place to stay

We chose this cabin for our family's summer vacation. The location is great. It's private and out of the way, but also not far from all of things you would like to do in the area. There is also access to the clubhouse and swimming pool which was a great way to relax. There are bears in the area, and we had porch visitors twice. But, again, this is bear country so it wasn't completely unexpected. There was nothing outside for them to get into, so they left pretty quick. Cell signal is very spotty once you get into the Shagbark community/resort area, so ensure that you have all of your check-in instructions saved to your phone prior to arrival. Ask me how I know this....lolCommunication with the host was always quick and productive. The property is immaculate and reflected perfectly in the listing and pictures.

In a very good location to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Just enough out of town you feel like you are hours away. But yet only 20 minutes to all of the entertainment in the area. Very clean house with all the conveniences of being home.

Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay. Spoke to the host about the cleanliness and he was very receptive and I believe already changed cleaning company. It is not his fault that they were incompetent. Any small issues were handled quickly and with kindness. Location was great and saw a few bears walking around the neighborhood so don’t leave a fresh pie on the windowsill like in the cartoons. Keep your eyes open, one walked right across the driveway. Just FYI (I would have liked to know): the cabin has well water and a water softener.

Ok we just left this property and first off the water is very oily and smells bad! It turned my wedding ring to a copper color! Upon arrival was not the cleanest , some things didn’t look clean. The kitchen sink was leaking and the front half bath was leaking underneath the sink. There were no batteries for the ceiling fans downstairs , the Kerug side of the coffee pot was not working. Also kinda growed up around the property! There was construction dust on the counter tops , window seals also! A board on the top bunk bed was broke also. Now all in all this was a beautiful cabin and we did enjoy our stay and had a great time! But I do believe this cabin needs to be more maintained and tended too. But we were blessed with a great time

Hello Hope thanks for keeping us informed about some of these itenms. We did metion to you that the water softener makes the water feel oily wich is normal and although we do have water filtration sometimes there is a hint of smell to it. We had a repair man look at the kitchen sink during your visit and he found no signs of a leak and even sent pictures and a video of the sink working as expected. They other minor issues will be addressed.

We loved our stay at Southern Charm. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy a week with our kids and grandkids. The house is located close to all of the places we wanted to see. The view from the back porch is spectacular and so peaceful.
