Capri Villa is located in the sought-after area of Capri Point, a serene and safe neighborhood perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy stunning views of Lake Victoria.
The location is in close proximity to Mwanza International School, Tilapia Hotel, Ryan’s Bay and only 10 minutes in car to city center. The area is quiet and very safe, with accessible roads and beautiful scenery.

- please note slightly noisy due to multiple constructions happening in the area. But you will hear the pleasant sound of birds chirping throughout the day.


The villa is part of a shared compound, giving you the opportunity to experience both privacy and the convenience of having your hosts nearby for assistance.

- Space:

- Bedroom 1: Spacious and luxurious, featuring a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: Generously sized with its own separate attached bathroom.

Guest Toilet: There is a guest toilet downstairs for privacy for the guests in case of visitors.

Well-Designed Layout: The villa’s layout is open and airy, with large windows that let in natural light, making it feel spacious and inviting.

Three Lounging Areas:

1-Living Room (Downstairs): The cozy living room downstairs features a Smart TV and a selection of city magazines. This area also includes the dining room, providing a central space for meals and relaxation.

2-Outside Lounging & Dining Area: This lovely space overlooks the shared pool, offering a perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxing in the fresh air.

3-Upstairs Sun Room & Gaming Area: The upstairs lounge features a pool table and offers panoramic views of Lake Victoria. It also provides breathtaking views of the sky, making it an ideal space to relax, play, and enjoy the view.

Garden: A peaceful garden area surrounds the villa, providing a tranquil space to enjoy nature, have a meal outside, or just unwind.

Shared Pool: Cool off and enjoy the refreshing shared pool within the compound, perfect for taking a dip during the warm Mwanza days.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: A modern kitchen with all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable, whether you’re cooking a simple meal or preparing a feast.

Comfortable Furniture: The villa is tastefully decorated with comfortable and stylish furniture, making sure you feel relaxed and at ease throughout your stay.

Parking: Free parking is available inside the compound for your convenience and peace of mind.

TV: we have a TV available that you can use to watch your movies etc.

Free Wifi: We provide free Wifi on your stay. The password will be provided on arrival.

Househelp: Househelp and cleaning service available 6 days a week from 10 AM - 2 PM.
