Set within the scenic Forestbrook enclave of Caldera Springs, 18160-2 Forestbrook Loop is the perfect basecamp for fun-fueled adventures in the Pacific Northwest. With a private entrance separate from the main home, this 598 sq. ft. attached studio residence features a king-size bed, twin bunk bed, full bathroom, and an outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding Ponderosa Forest. Make yourself at home with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, a dining table for four, a separate living area with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and high-end touches throughout. Back patio with patio table and chairs.
The studio includes one designated parking spot in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found at the Lake House parking lot, just a few minutes away. For added convenience, the unit features step-free access and interior spaces designed to be mobility-friendly.
Forestbrook homes are located just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams, and trails.
Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
