Located in Hillsboro Village. Walk to Vanderbilt Medical & Vanderbilt Univ. Hillsboro Village has restaurants, locally roasted coffee, theater & shopping. 1.5 miles to 12South shopping & dining. World-renowned Martin's BBQ Joint 1 mile away on Belmont Blvd. Uber & Lyft & rental (electric) bikes & scooters are available right to your door. In the flat -> washer/dryer, full kitchen, TV & internet. We love our neighborhood and you will too! Please NO smoking or pets, including service animals.

The space:

Our apartment was recently overhauled and filled with all of our favorite pieces! The original Jack Daniels barrel bartop table, the church pew & the antique bed that found its way back to us all have a story to tell. It is cozy and beautiful and we hope you can relax and Enjoy this space we created!

Guest access:

The apartment is central, but quiet, a nice respite in the middle of Nashville. It is a half flight of stairs from the front parking lot (on Fairfax Ave) and a full flight of stairs if you park to the side or the back. Parking is free in the lot or on the street.

We loved it at the Nashville Local! Excellent location to some fun shops, eateries in Hillsboro! Condo was even better in real life. So quaint and full of character. Bed was beyond comfy! We will stay here again!

The host was wonderful in responding to texts. The apartment is clean and furnished and perfect visiting Belmont and access to all the stores and restaurants on 21st.

Super convenient to visit our son at Vandy, lovely apartment, and very quiet. Easy to get everywhere. Would love to try to stay here again in the future. Not just one of those all-VRBO buildings that are impersonal and run down, but obviously a well-cared for second home in a quiet residential building. Really lovely.

My family and I enjoy camping, hiking, chickens, reading and each other. We are currently addicted to pinball, beekeeping and rescuing our split log cabin. We have never met a stranger, and are always up for a good story, so transplanting to the South was a natural fit. We have been in Nashville for 15 years loving every minute of it and this city has loved us back in so many ways. We love to share our town with our friends and family! And I am a freelance artist/medical illustrator. I wouldn't have mentioned it, but my husband/promoter is staring over my shoulder :).
