This beautifully appointed home blends modern comfort with thoughtful amenities, designed for both relaxed living and productive work-from-home days.
Step inside to an expansive open floor plan that invites you to unwind or entertain with ease. The heart of the home features a stunning outdoor kitchen, perfect for grilling, gathering, or enjoying quiet evenings under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a dedicated home office complete with large dual monitors, making it ideal for remote professionals or creatives needing space to focus.
The primary suite is a true sanctuary, boasting generous proportions, abundant natural light, and tranquil views. Nature lovers will adore the butterfly garden out back—an inviting, low-maintenance space that attracts vibrant pollinators and offers moments of peace throughout the day.
Located in a welcoming community with private lake access, residents enjoy fishing, birdwatching, and peaceful walks by the water. A pickleball court is ready for friendly competition, and a resort-style swimming pool is on the way—set to open in summer 2025.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s peaceful, full of charm, and surrounded by nature. What I love most is how alive it feels—my property attracts tons of hummingbirds and butterflies, which makes sitting outside a real treat. You’ll also spot all kinds of local wildlife, including our famous neighborhood gator! Don’t worry, he keeps his distance and is more of a quiet mascot than anything else. The home has 3 feathery friends, parakeets which are well cared for and reside in the front office of the home. No need to worry about them other than enjoy their song that they have to offer. The area has a warm, friendly vibe where neighbors wave hello, and it’s close enough to great restaurants, parks, and shops to keep things convenient without losing that cozy, tucked-away feel. It’s truly a special place to call home—or home for a little while!

What makes my property truly unique is the warm, nature-filled atmosphere and thoughtful touches that create a memorable, comfortable stay. The home is filled with beautiful natural light, making every room feel open, airy, and uplifting. Step outside and you’ll find an outdoor kitchen that's perfect for grilling, entertaining, or simply enjoying a peaceful meal surrounded by hummingbirds, butterflies, and the occasional sighting of our friendly neighborhood gator (from a safe distance, of course!).
I also share the space with three cheerful parakeets who bring a bit of extra personality to the home. They love to sing and socialize, but I kindly ask that guests don’t feed them—they’re on a special diet to stay healthy. Between the bright, welcoming interior, the vibrant outdoor space, and the unique local wildlife, this home is a little sanctuary where you can relax, recharge, and feel right at home.
I also share the space with three cheerful parakeets who bring a bit of extra personality to the home.
