This is the Zaffiro holiday home, equipped and comfortable, consisting of a large private garden of 3000 square meters where you can relax and sunbathe lying on one of the sun loungers that accompany the garden. In the Zaffiro you will find a comfortable living room with two sofas, table / chairs and complete cooking area, equipped with fridge / freezer, induction hob, electric oven, and dishwasher (you are on vacation and with the dishwasher you will not have to worry about washing by hand. pots and various crockery), there is also an LCD TV with satellite TV. In the living room there is also a 12000 btu air conditioner that cools the whole house, just be careful to keep the bathroom door closed so as not to waste precious fresh air. From the living room, through a hallway you enter the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the double bedroom as well as bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, abatjour, there is an LCD TV with satellite TV. The second bedroom has two wooden bunk beds, which cannot be dismantled and cannot be placed side by side, and obviously the wardrobe. The bathroom is complete, therefore equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, mirror with light, 50 liter boiler. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with French doors from which you can exit directly to the patio, all equipped with mosquito nets, in the bathroom there is a window also with a mosquito net.
But let's move on to one of the most important parts of a holiday home in Sardinia, the outdoor area ... we know that the beauty of a holiday in Sardinia is spending time outdoors, and an important aspect of the house for the holidays is precisely that the outdoor space is well organized and livable. In the Zaffiro we find a large patio that surrounds the house on three sides, so that you always have a shaded space if after a day spent sunbathing by the sea you want a little relaxation in the shade. Under the patio there are 2 outdoor tables and related chairs, one positioned on the north side and one on the south side of the house, so even if it was windy, you always have a table on which to eat away from the wind. In the garden there are also two outdoor showers, one with hot and cold water and the other only cold. Obviously there is another of the things that must be absolutely present in a beach house, the barbecue ... there is nothing more beautiful in the evening when returning from the sea to relax by preparing a nice barbecue to be enjoyed at the table under the patio , accompanied by a good bottle of island wine.
And if one day you don't feel like going to the beach you can simply relax in the garden and sunbathe on one of the sun loungers and stay in the shade reading a good book while relaxing with a drink.
The nearest restaurant is 600 meters away, while at 900 meters you can find a market, an ATM, a pharmacy, some shops, other restaurants, pizzerias and bars, and if you want to try your hand at golf, even a golf course.
The beach that you can reach in 800 meters away is the main one in the Chia area, it is called Su Giudeu or also Capo Spartivento. It is a very long and deep beach, just over a kilometer long and even 90 meters wide, of golden sand, there are several bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and large free areas. The water is obviously crystal clear and turquoise, behind the beach there are 4 parking lots.
