Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! The reeds beach home is fully remodeled and is a 2-bedroom rancher on a large lot in the Reeds beach community. It offers panoramic views of the Delaware bay, Marshlands, and the Wildlife Preserves. It has a large deck that wraps around the house, to enjoy your morning coffee, and a grill to cook the hamburgers and hotdogs after a long day at the beach. It has all the amenities of the home, including but not limited to Wi-Fi and tv

the kitchen was well equipped and living room area was very spacious. central air was great. the view from the back porch was amazing. the neighborhood was quiet and it was really nice to be able to walk to a beach.

Excellent property, owner very helpful and responsive. Super nice. A few minor things on the property could be tweaked (such as an umbrella on the deck)but overall it was one of the better Vrbo properties I’ve used. The household items were top notch, no cheap, dull knives etc. Huge tvs in living/bedroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. There was a smell outside as mentioned in another review. However, I found that it was only there at certain times depending on the tide and wind direction. And that is what it is, it’s the area. Overall it was not a problem and it was undetectable when you were inside the house. We enjoyed Reed’s beach nearby, it was empty each time we went. We also visited Higbee beach with the dogs and they loved it. The property is near enough to everything without having a crowd of people right outside your door. Good times, thanks.

We were extremely happy with the cleanliness & overall household. There was a nice open concept with a lovely kitchen. The outdoor rap around porch was lovely because you were able to sit outside & enjoy both the bay view & wildlife refuge. The host was wonderful & checked in on us to ensure we were happy with the rental. We felt at home right away & our two little dogs settled in nicely. Hoping to be a return guest in the future.

Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Quiet neighborhood with great little beaches to walk to with our dog. Fantastic deck to sit and eat breakfast on and watch the birds in the marsh. Clean and well maintained too! We’d come back again!

The location is very nice. However, the house was not cleaned and there were flies everywhere. There is also a bad smell which might just be normal for that area but one of my kids is very sensitive to smell and it was a little intense for him.

Cozy and secluded from crowds

We had beach access across the road all to ourselves. A few bunnies came to visit and back yard was wide open nature. Less than 15 minues to drive to Wildwood or Cape May. A little traffic depending on time of day, but nothing like the big cities. Eric was just a text or phone call away and seconds to respond. House was very clean and full of amenities, everything you need for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time here at Reeds Beach! Gorgeous views on the wraparound deck! So peaceful and serene! The owners are so friendly! 11/10!!!!

Reeds Beach House

My wife and I spent the day, barefoot in the sand, collecting shells and reading on the large deck behind the house overlooking a beautiful protected, Marshland and letting time slow down. The sunsets were spectacular. The pink and orange sky was so very vibrant and we were so grateful. The property is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and modern. The two bedrooms were perfect. The master bedroom opened up to the wraparound deck of the house. The rental was perfect for us, and the renter was very attentive. We would certainly go back again and recommend it to all our friends.

First Guests — Incredible Bayview Stay!We were lucky enough to be the very first guests at this beautiful two bedroom Reeds Beach rental, and it did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, clean, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay.The bay views are absolutely stunning—especially at sunset—and the wraparound porch was our favorite spot to unwind. The home is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area, but it’s still just a short drive to all the popular Shore destinations like Wildwood, Stone Harbor, and Avalon. It’s the perfect blend of tranquil retreat and convenient location.Inside, the beds were super comfortable, and the huge TVs in each room were a great touch for cozy nights in. Plenty of parking, great layout, and just an overall welcoming vibe. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in.Highly recommend this spot—can’t wait to come back!
