The ground floor features an open-plan living space with a cozy sofa that converts into a full double bed (1.40 x 2.00), a dining table that expands to accommodate four, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials: stovetop, oven, fridge, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, and utensils. There’s also a W.C. on this level for added comfort.

Upstairs, you’ll find a mezzanine-style sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2.00), a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. With air conditioning (18 BTU unit) covering the entire space, Wi-Fi, and a 32'' TV, you'll have everything you need to relax or work remotely.
