This barn includes two separate living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The first floor living room is among the open concept common area with direct access to the kitchen and dining room. Furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV.
The second floor living room is furnished with a comfy sofa and Smart TV.
Both spaces are perfect for winding down at the end of a fun day spent on the lake or hiking in nearby national parks.

This cozy barn is perfect for the whole family and features four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms between the two units with fresh bedding and comfy mattresses, making it easy to drift off and get a great night’s sleep!

In the second floor unit you will find one bedroom furnished with a king size bed and a twin size bed (This bedroom is considered the master bedroom and has direct access to the upstairs bathroom.) The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed.

In the first floor unit you will find one bedroom furnished with a queen size bed and the second downstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds.

The barn has two full bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, and both bathrooms are stocked with the essentials for your convenience including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary soaps!
*It is important to note that the upstairs bathroom entry is located inside of the master bedroom.

The downstairs unit features a full kitchen which makes it a joy to whip up meals for the entire family. There’s plenty of space for preparing and serving, and you’ll find all the cooking basics like modern appliances, pots and pans, dinnerware, and even complimentary coffee to start your day off on the right foot!

The downstairs dining area is right off of the kitchen in the open concept common area near the main living room as well.

The upstairs unit features a kitchenette with full sized fridge, small appliances and coffee bar supplies. A second dining area is also right outside of the kitchenette next to the upstairs living room.

Please note that there is no interior access between the upstairs and downstairs units. There is separate exterior access only for each unit.

*Please note that each of our properties has regular pest service, landscaping service, and pool/hot tub service (if applicable) on a weekly/monthly basis so you may see our vendors on-site during your stay for these exterior services.

*There is another 5 bedroom-house on the property. Please do not attempt to access the black house on-site or its exterior area.
