The entire home and private lake frontage!

Note:
Water Access: Guests are allowed to enter the water and use it at their own risk. There is currently no beach, and the water is mucky, so you may sink upon entering. We do intend to have a dock in place for guest use by the summer of 2026. In the interim, there is a nearby public boat launch. If you intend to bring a boat, you will need to let us know in advance. Please do not use the neighboring docks during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
In our commitment to preserving the peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request that our guests refrain from hosting parties, large gatherings, or events on the premises. This policy extends to bachelorette and bachelor parties as well. We understand that some gatherings require a different setting, and we would be delighted to explore alternative accommodations that align with your specific needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for personalized assistance in finding the ideal setting for your special occasion.

Getting Around:
Please note this property is located in a small neighborhood one half mile down a dirt road that ends near the property.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Check-In: Is at 4 pm (Early Check-in is not available due to our cleaners needing the full alloted time to prepare the property for your stay!)
Check-Out: Is at 10 am (Late Check out is not available)
