The apartment in the new resort on the first line by the sea in the Esentepe area are an ideal place for a relaxing, active and family vacation. A short walk takes you to your own pebble-sand beach with a shallow sandy entrance to the sea and free sunbeds. The resort has four swimming pools, a spa with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, beauty and fitness center.

THE SPACE:
This apartment welcomes you on the ground floor of building S4. It is a studio with an area of 35 m² and a terrace with seating.
The apartment is equipped with new quality furniture and appliances. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or family with 1 children. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven and washing machine. In the living area you will find a dining table with 4 chairs, comfortable armchair, that expands to the size of a bed and can be used as a extra bed and a Smart TV. Apartment has its own powerful air conditiong with a cooling and heating option. The bathroom with shower is equipped with basic cosmetics and a hairdryer.
Two curtains take care of privacy and darkness. In the morning you will have breakfast on a private terrace surrounded by a blooming garden. In the evening you can watch the sunset over the sea and enjoy a glass of wine by candlelight. At any time, you can jump into the pool or hot tub just a few steps away from your terrace.

THE COMPLEX:
Experience perfect relaxation and care for your body and soul in our wellness center with a Finnish sauna, hammam, indoor pool, fitness, yoga, anti-aging center and massages. The resort has four swimming pools surronding with beautifull gardens and also beachfront restaurant.
Most of the resort's facilities, as well as the apartment area, are accessible without the need to climb stairs.
During the day you can use the resort's reception services at the Joya tourism office.

FOOD:
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove, Oven, Electric kettle, Toaster, Baking tray, Dining table, Coffee, Basic ingredients and kitchen equipment, Pots and pans, Dishes and cutlery, Bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, Wine glasses.
Our beachfront restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and beach snacks all day long. Other restaurants are nearby.

SUPERMARKET:
There is a lovely new large well equipped supermarket on the main road next to the resort, about 300 metres from the apartment.

COAST/BEACH:
The resort is located on the first line by the sea and has its own beautiful rocky and sandy beach with natural "pools". The entrance to the water is along the sandy bed of shallow natural "pools" or you can jump into the sea from the rocks. There is very nice snorkeling around the rocks. You will find free sun loungers on the beach. Access is via stairs from the restaurant or along a dirt road, so you can get there even with a stroller. The journey will take you about 6-10 minutes, the distance is about 300 meters. There are many sandy and pebble beaches in the vicinity. In the next lagoon you can use the sandy beach, where there is also a water cinema in the summer. It is about 400 meters away. The large public sandy beach Esentepe Beach with a beach club and two restaurants is about 2.3 km away.

GOLF:
A professional PGA ranked 18-hole international Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is just a 15-minutes drive away.

TRAVEL:
The nearast airport is Ercan which is about 40 minutes away from the appartment. Most people, however travel to Larnaca which is about an hour ride to the appartment.

Private Transfer:
Companies like Cyprus Taxi, Cyprus Paradise, and Pacific Rent-A-Car offer private transfers directly from Larnaca Airport to various locations in North Cyprus, including Kyrenia, Famagusta, and Nicosia.

CHECK IN/OUT and necessary information:
Official check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You will find the keys in the box by the door, the code for which will be sent to you just before the start of your stay along with various tips.
