Apartment SARAH - One apartment house with pool

Apartment 'Sarah' is a recently modified modern 3 room apartment with a liveable floor area of 70m² that occupies the ground floor of a family house. It is located in the pleasant Saldun bay, the quiet residential part of the UNESCO-town Trogir, on the island Ciovo, an oasis of dazzling beaches and leisure facilities, just 100 meters from the Saldun beach.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 open space living room with kitchen and seating area. It is equipped with bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, barbecue and pool/garden furniture. In front of the apartment is a spatial terrace with a large table and cosy chairs, as well as a lounge with a gas BBQ (Weber), to spend hot days in the shadow of an olive tree and breezy summer eves, absorbing the beauty of sunsets and fairy nights.
From the terrace in front of the apartment you have also direct access to the swimming pool beside the apartment terrace, which you share just with the host who is living in the first floor of the house and will be at your disposal at any time. The apartment is surrounded with a Mediterranean garden, equipped with and yard furniture, to make you feel like home. Featuring free private parking in the closed garden, this 4-star apartment also features free WiFi throughout the property. By its arrangement and location it is suitable for a pleasant and comfortable vacation.
The Rozac Beach is 300 metres from the apartment, while Copacabana Beach, with its 3 km long pebble beach, plenty of bars, restaurants and beach recreation facilities is 500 meters from the property. The nearest shop is in 200 m distance from the apartment, and in 15 minute walk you can reach the historic center of Trogir.
