Our property is located in the peaceful and scenic Williamson Valley area of Prescott, known for its wide-open spaces, beautiful mountain views, and quiet rural charm. We are directly across from the iconic Granite Mountain, offering stunning views and easy access to outdoor adventure. The Granite Mountain Trailhead is less than a 1/4 mile away, perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding, or leisurely walks through nature.
The neighborhood is made up of large ranches, farms, and custom homes, giving it a laid-back, country feel while still being conveniently close to town. You’ll enjoy a true escape from the city without sacrificing access to amenities — historic downtown Prescott, with its restaurants, shops, and famous Courthouse Square, is just a 15-minute drive away.

- Pre-Arrival Requirements: Guests must complete our Pre-Arrival Form, House Terms Agreement & Lease within 24 hours of booking. Prescott City Short-Term Rental Code 4-9 requires a government ID verification, securely submitted through our provided link. Reservations are not confirmed until forms are completed. If forms are not complete within the 24-hour period following booking, NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel the booking reservation under the Airbnb currently enforced Cancellation Policy.
- Primary Booking Guest must be 25+ years old and must stay at the property. The primary guest is responsible for all
group members.
- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of up to $300 may be required, based on past reviews and group details. Deposits
are requested via invoice and refunded within 3-5 days of check-out, provided the home is left in good condition.
- Background Checks: Basic screening may be conducted to ensure the best experience for all guests.

We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to both the venue message. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation. Primary Booking Guest must be 23 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.
This property has multiple houses and an Event Venue. We can host larger parties and events with housing accommodations up to approx. 16 and events up to 300 guests. There is an additional Event Fee and the Venue will need to be booked separately. Please reach out if you are interested in booking the entire compound and all properties. You can also book the entire compound through your platform by searching Zebra Compound.
We do allow guests to use the Gym & Game Room if available and if no formal event or scheduled use is in progress, including but not limited to: practices, formal events, repair, etc.. These are shared spaces for any guest renting the property and as such no single guest has access. Per STR contract there are time limits on use & liability that must be followed.
OFF-LIMIT AREAS - STABLES, ANY AREAS PAST ENTRANCE TO GYM, & MAIN HOUSE. THIS IS FOR SAFETY & PRIVACY. THESE AREAS HAVE ANIMALS, INCLUDING AN OLDER DOG. THE DOG IS FRIENDLY AND VOCAL BUT TENDS TO ACT AS A PROTECTOR IN THESE AREAS.

The bedroom features a king-size bed (no closet), and the living room has a sectional that can be used for extra sleeping space (not a pull-out).
The smart TV offers access to Netflix, Roku, and other streaming platforms—please note there is no cable service.
The kitchen includes a portable two-burner hot plate stored in a cabinet, as there is no built-in stovetop.
We have a large, vocal but friendly dog on the property—he’s a great protector!
Another Airbnb, the Rustic Retreat, is also available to rent on the same 10-acre property for additional space.
We allow one approved dog—no cats, please.
