Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS property in one of the best location in San Luis Obispo County! We are 10 min from San Luis Obispo and close to amazing beaches and wineries! Also a great spot to have as home base with many wedding venues close by (sorry no weddings here). With 5 large bedrooms this home is designed for family reunions, corporate getaways and girl wknds.
Amazing location, EPIC grounds, full amenities, sleeps 15 and gorgeous outdoor spaces. You can't go wrong!!
Spacious property with 2 levels of living spaces and ample outdoor areas. The layout:

Upstairs guest bath at top of stairs
Upstairs Master at end of hallway is locked off. Reach out to host if interested in upgrading to a 6 bedroom

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Parking for up to 4-5 cars is available in the back driveway. Additional parking in roundabout out front. No street parking available.
There is a second unit on the property rented separately. The estate has full access to barn, grass area, round about and immediately behind the residence. The estate does NOT have access to the dirt area on the left of the barn or the upper driveway/ garage area which belongs to the second rental. The second unit does share the back gate/ driveway for access.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
No pets or parties are allowed.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.
There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
