Its just east of downtown Dallas, it's close to vibrant areas like Deep Ellum and the Arts District, yet maintains a peaceful, community-oriented atmosphere. The neighborhood's walkability, diverse architecture, and proximity to parks like Exall Park make it an ideal spot for guests looking to experience the best of Dallas.
