CABIN ACCESS
As you come up the mountain from Gatlinburg, the road is windy so make sure to drive slow and safe. 4WD vehicles are necessary for winter months as the weather can be ever-changing and somewhat unexpected. You’ll find comfortable parking for up to 3 cars directly in the driveway. Please note driveway is steep at the bottom and flattens up at the top.
We are not responsible for things outside of our control throughout your stay including but not limited to the weather, wildlife activity, and disruptions in power or internet.
MAMA BEAR
Occasionally, you will see our neighborhood Mama Bear and her cubs on or near the property. While they are adorable, it’s best to leave them be. Do not feed the bears or leave any food or trash in your cars or outdoors. They have been known to break into unlocked vehicles with ease.
