Step inside The Songbird 99 and immediately feel at home in this carefully curated, vintage-inspired space. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, charm, and functionality, making it the perfect retreat for families, couples, and small groups.

Living & Dining Room

The living room is warm and inviting, featuring two plush green velvet sofas, a cozy wood-burning stove perfect for winter nights, and a smart TV for movie marathons. A beautiful record player and hand-selected vinyl records bring a nostalgic, artistic vibe to the space. Vintage artwork and natural textures tie the room together, creating a space that feels stylish yet comfortable. The adjacent dining area features a large wooden table with seating for 6-8, perfect for family dinners or game nights. Large sliding glass doors provide seamless access to the covered backyard patio and flood the room with natural light.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for a group. Enjoy modern appliances, bakeware, ample cookware, coffee options (drip, French press, pour-over), and charming touches like open shelving and curated dishware. We suggest a car to explore Redding and surrounding attractions. There’s free off-street parking with room for up to 3 vehicles.

This home is in the center of town so you could potentially walk to places should you desire.

Public transportation and ride share options like Uber and Lyft are available as well.

Additional Services: Early check-in, late check-out, grocery delivery, mid-stay cleaning, firewood delivery, celebration packages, winter gear rentals, and more.

Pet Fee: $35/dog/night (up to 2 dogs).

Private Damage Waiver: $25 fee covers accidental damage up to $1,000.

City of Redding Ordinance: Occupancy limited to 2 adults per bedroom. License plate info required for all vehicles.

Trash day is Thursday. Bins are located on the side of the house near the garage. Guests do not need to move the bins—our team will handle curbside service.

Please sort trash correctly: Gray bin – Trash, Blue bin – Recycling, Green/Brown bin – Yard Waste.

Business License & TOT Account: Provided upon request.

External security cameras and internal/external noise sensors are in place and must not be tampered with.

The pool and hot tub are to be used responsibly and at your own risk. All guests must sign a liability waiver via check-in message.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No events or parties allowed.

No smoking inside or within 25 feet of doors or neighboring properties.

Pets may never be left unattended.

No glass outside.
PARKING
Per city ordinance, we are required to collect license plate numbers for all vehicles and do so via a google form we send at the time of reservation. All parking in non-downtown locations is limited to 1 car per bedroom and must be off street.

OCCUPANCY
Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom overnight, with a total cap of 16 adults on the property at any time. There is no cap on children.
All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation.

PET POLICY
We absolutely LOVE animals and our pet-friendly properties are designed with pets in mind! For guests booking one of our pet-friendly properties or traveling with service animals, please note:

(While the ADA does not require disclosure of service animals, we GREATLY appreciate advance notice to help us prepare the property and plan accordingly for our cleaners.)

- This is a pet friendly home
- Pet Approval: All dogs must be approved through management via booking site messages. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.)
- Pet Fee: $35/night/dog, up to 2 dogs. (Does not apply to ADA service animals.)
- No Unattended Pets: Pets may never be left unattended on the property. Unattended pets reported by neighbors, cameras, or staff will result in reservation cancellation without refund.
- Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on furniture (couches, chairs, beds). If pet hair, stains, scratches are found, additional cleaning fees of at least $100 will apply.
- Damage & Messes: Pet owners must clean up all pet-related messes (food, hair, waste). Lint rollers and waste bags are provided at pet-friendly properties.
- Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported immediately so we can address them together.
- Unapproved Pets: Unapproved pets incur a $75/night fee, added upon checkout or when reported by our cleaners.

SMOKING/VAPING
This property is *smoke-free* home, first and foremost. Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances.
- Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is only to be done within designated smoking areas on smoke friendly properties. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to our property AND neighboring properties.
- Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes any remnants left in fire pits or other un-designated smoking areas.
- Indoor Smoking Penalty: If smoking is detected inside the property, a minimum fine of $250 will be applied, along with reimbursement for any revenue lost from blocked nights required for smoke removal.
- Smoke/Vape Detection: Please note that some of our properties are equipped with smoke and vape detection sensors integrated into the noise monitoring system. These devices alert us to potential violations, ensuring our smoke-free policy is upheld.
- Enforcement Process: Our cleaners report any signs of smoking immediately upon arrival, followed by a secondary inspection to confirm and document the issue. The incident is then reported to the booking platform without delay.

Thank you for respecting our smoke-free policy and helping us maintain clean and welcoming homes for all guests.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
All outdoor activities must move indoors at 10:00 PM.
Please turn off any outdoor string lights accessible to you during quiet hours.

Events and parties are strictly prohibited at ALL of our properties. This is our company policy, part of our local ordinance AND part of your booking sites policy.
