Gran Familia Beach House. Cerca de la ciudad y de mascotas.

Esta es una gran casa con 3 dormitorios. La casa está a pocos pasos de la playa de un minuto duro para almacenar o tiendas. Con una gran sala de estar y cocina para todas sus comidas. Tenemos la configuración dormitorio 1ª con una cama de matrimonio, 2 º dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio, 3 es una cama doble. Nuestra sala de bonificación de arriba tiene un gemelo diván también tenemos una doble cama nido hasta allí. Una gran sala de estar tiene un nuevo tamaño de la reina sofá cama. Hemos proporcionado WiFi, teléfono y TV por cable. La cocina está bien equipada para cocinar en casa. Una parrilla de barbacoa se proporciona para que usted cocine demasiado. Tenemos un patio totalmente cercado. Grande para las mascotas para correr. Tenemos una lavadora y secadora para su uso si es necesario. Puede pasar un rato en el garaje viento bloqueado. Puede usar la ducha en el garaje si volver de cangrejos o la pesca o tienen una gran cantidad de invitados. Tendremos un calentador de agua tanto para los baños de esta manera No hay que olvidar la playa es un paseo de 2 m de nuestra puerta. Puede sentirse como en casa aquí, en nuestra casa de playa. Escuchar el choque de las olas en la playa de la casa de la playa. Nuestros huéspedes disfrutan de este lugar tanto como nosotros lo hacemos. Así que venga y disfrute de nuestro lugar limpio lindo en la playa. Está cerca de la bonita ciudad de Bandon y tiendas. Tan cerca de la playa a dar un paseo al amanecer y al atardecer. I can never say enough good things about staying here. The house has a cozy at home feeling and the backyard is wonderful for my dog. Sue if you ever decide to sell this house I will be first in line to buy it.

A wonderful place to stay. Sue was was excellent as the host and made us feel very welcome as guests here and was alway available to answer our guestions. In fact I enoyed my stay here so much that I bought a house in Bandon a few miles away. Thanks Sue for helping to make this such a great experience.

Thanks Bennett & Sue for sharing this home with us. We had plenty of space with comfortable seating, short walk to cliff trails and stairs to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Old Town, having Fish & Chips, great espresso along with some of the best cinnamon rolls.This was our 1st trip to the Oregon Coast but won't be our last. Nice though some improvements are needed. Two inside bathrooms would be nice for a property that can accommodate so many people. Going out to the garage in the middle of the night was a little scary

Very comfortable, well stocked with tissue, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, clocks, movies, towels and bedding. Clean, quiet, private, fun 80's retro vibe. Great to have second bathroom! Upstairs so fun, even for our 24 yr old :-) Comfortable beds too! We could have used a couple of portable fans for ventilation. The set up for vcr/dvd was pretty crazy, we had a tough time getting it to work, but had some techy folks with us so it was all good. Wouldn't normally be a priority but it was raining, ha!

We had great communication with Sue, the host and asked for early check in which she gave us and it made a really big difference. The location is amazing! Beautiful big house on a large lot. Check in couldn’t be any easier. Doggy door to the backyard was great and our dogs really enjoyed the large backyard, however the pet fee is the highest I’ve ever been charged in a rental and we have done many! Living room was nice and big with big windows facing the ocean. The couches were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Beds were super comfortable as well. The main bathroom is small so without the extra bathroom in the garage it wouldn’t work for more people, so that was a nice add on. Slightly inconvenient to have to go to the garage but it worked for us. A couple little suggestions that guests might appreciate. It is COLD in Bandon. The heaters didn’t seem to heat the house very well so warm clothes needed. Also, we love to watch a movie after a full day and the TV is very small. We had to pull it closer to the couches to make it comfortable to watch. Everything in the kitchen was fine, we found what we needed when we wanted to cook. There is no garbage disposal which made it a little bothersome because we cooked a lot and were there for seven days. I mention the few little things that were slightly inconvenient for us upon owners request for honest feedback. But overall we absolutely loved our stay, the location and the house and would definitely stay again!

amazing home- fun for all :) excellent view

property and house were amazing! the shower/bath in the garage was a little weird at first. it turned out in the end to be the favorite spot - private, quiet , peaceful, and away from the activities inside the home :) children had so much fun in their own privacy hangout up stairs. views of the beach and the sunsets were also fabulous. everyone did not want to leave at check out. even the dog wanted to stay :) lol

Sweet Home

It is a great location, comfy beds and plenty of things to keep you busy. However it wasn’t the best house for our crew….as we are, elderly. So the additional beds were of no use to any of use. If the stairs had any sort of railings, we might have fought over who got to sleep up there. But we all are past the age to manage those stairs. Too bad as I did go up and it is a cute area. We didn’t have a problem with the bathroom in the garage…..actually liked the bathtub better that the one inside. Again….better choice as it does have a bar you can use for a little extra stability. I should also mention that the front room furniture was very attractive and quite comfortable. We had a lot of conversation about your mammoth coffee table. The glossy top is a work of art! We had some issue with all your little throw rugs….didn’t seem necessary and are famous in our age group as tripping hazards. Yeah, our ages come into play again. One other thing we noticed is so much of the things such as spices, condiments and such are quite outdated. I was sorely tempted to do a clearing out for you….but decided I would be overstepping usual boundaries. So just a quick mention. I do not mean to sound critical as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again for helping me cope with my first go at getting everything arranged. Enjoy your life, Dixie

A home away from home

Perfect stay

Absolutely amazing location. 12 min drive to the best golf resort in the world, walking distance to a great local restaurant and the beach. House was perfect myself and three friends. Great communication up to and during the trip with hosts. They even put up some birthday decorations for me! Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Our stay

The house is more spacious than it appeared on the site. The furnishings are quite comfortable and the kitchen space quite useful. The decor is very beachy. We had a grandtime.

Great family vacation

We spent quality time with our adult children. Wonderful home great location. Home is perfect for a large family. Yard is great for the dogs. Short walk to the ocean. We watched a beautiful sunset on our last night. Close enough to town for a bike ride. Short drive for the rest of us.

Excellent location

Such a nice location with easy access to the stairs to the beach. You have a view from the front windows of the ocean and can hear it in when outside. Very peaceful! Really appreciated all the kitchen extras, easy to cook in. Great backyard is a nice place to sit and relax. The furniture in the living room was big and comfy. Overall a terrific vacation and great host.

Perfect location

Our family stayed here a couple nights. It’s very cozy little place. No frills but we managed fine. We are all tall and if you are too, watch your heads upstairs as the door entrance and ceilings are low. There are two bedrooms upstairs but we only used one. It was poorly lit upstairs but we made it work. The second bathroom is newish and in the garage. The location is what totally made it for us- the reserve is just right across the street and the views are breathtaking of the beach and coastline!!! We enjoyed our stay overall.

A great time at the beach

Several of us came to Bandon for a change of pace and to experience Circles in the Sand. Location was great! House was well equipped and comfortable. It was nice and quiet.

So when He first purchased the Beach House his thought was to try and retire here someday. It use to be a rental. But it is hard to come and enjoy ourselves when the house is occupied with tenants. So the "Vacation Rental By Owner" sounded like a way we can have our family and friends and folks like you get enjoy our Beach Home. We know you will have a great time in Bandon . It is a quaint little town that you can feel at home . Whether you are strolling the shops in town or walking the beach or golfing one of the many courses there will be something for everyone to do. Everyone loves Bandon.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location ,Location ,Location! Sits a block away from the beach that is famous for its rock formations. The walking paths around Coquille Point offer views of the coast and the Coquille Lighthouse. We just love all the different beaches and their easy access. Bullard's, Face Rock, Seven Devils. These are just a few . All of the town events like 4th of July, Cranberry festival, Christmas light on the Boardwalk are a delight to see. Don't forget the golf in this town. Any time of year is time to come to Bandon . Some like the cooler summer some like the winter storms . The festivals are always fun events to attend. Whatever your likes you can find it here in our little town of Bandon . Check out our Beach House and see if it fits your needs . We have a great spot with nothing too fancy so we are a great for most family and friends . Our old House is unique so you might find some faults to overlook. We are not perfect , we are in progress of improving all the time . If you want High End features we are not for you .

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

He fell in love with this home for it's location and spacious living with peeks of the ocean. From the doorstep to the Beach is a two minute walk ! That alone is enough for me to stay . The bonus room is a fun space . Bonus Room has board games and books for the kids. Along with 3 twin beds . 3 queen beds downstairs along with a Double bed . We have One parking spot for a Car in the garage. Plenty of additional parking out front for RV's and other vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.. We also have a fenced in backyard for your best friends or the [four legged ones ] Large house for family and friends at a great price . Quite Unique indeed but not perfect yet .
