Living Room has lots of seating, a gas fireplace (remote operated), books aplenty and board games!

Massive screened-in porch with outdoor fireplace, lots of seating, BBQ, hot tub, ping-pong and a grand dining table.

Office space with a large wooden desk, monitor, and a printer.

Den / kids play room with TV, couches, toys, books and lots of fun!

Game Room with pool table, arcade race car game and air hockey table!

Half bath in entry.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, Day bed with Trundle.
Has attached full bathroom (w/ jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower).
Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Bed with Trundle, Twin bed.
Full bathroom in hall across from bedroom #1 (bath shower combo).

Middle level:
Bedroom 3: King bed.
Bedroom 4: Full bed.
Full bathroom (with shower) across the hall from bedrooms #3 and #4.

Lower level:
Bedroom 5: Two Queen and Sleeper Sofa. Has a coffee maker and small sink.
Bedroom 6: One King and One Queen bed.
Full bathroom with step in shower and separate tub between bedrooms 5 and 6.

NEW: 15 x 30 ft. outdoor POOL with wrap around DECK. **UPDATE** We are installing a brand new pool heater, estimated to be ready by the start of June at the latest.

Large private driveway, 20-acre property at your disposal for hikes/adventure. Keyless entry. Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and property, including pool (seasonal), hot tub, deck, yard, and all entertainment areas.

Driveway: Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.

Parking: Up to 6-8 vehicles can be parked along the tree line, depending on size and how they’re laid out.

Coffee maker: There's a regular drip pot coffee maker at the house for you to use.

There’s a wood burning fireplace on the deck and a fireplace in the living-room. There’s also a fire pit outside. A few pieces of firewood are provided to get you started!

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings, and avoid leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. Even though our home is easily accessible, it is always helpful to have 4WD to drive in the area in the winter.

Power and Internet: It is not uncommon to lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for the loss of power or internet out of our control.

Pet Friendly: We are pet friendly and host dogs. The pet fee is $100 for one dog, $150 for two dogs and $200 for three pups. If you're planning on bringing more than three dogs, please let us know before booking, as an additional approval may be needed. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup-related damages may apply! Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues.

Strict no smoking, no parties, no fireworks. Please mind the noise ordinance is 10 PM. Other house rules will be on arrival guide.

Please mind that you must be 25 years old to book, and at least one person 25 years old must remain during the stay.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler's insurance.
