This Bear Lake house is not too big, not too small—it's juuust right! Whether you need a cozy spot to relax with family or friends after a day of fun at the lake, or you're just looking for a peaceful getaway with a great view, this is it. Located just a 5-minute drive from several beautiful beaches on the south end of Bear Lake. The spacious master suite features a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub. There's also plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles and/or a boat.
-No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
-Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed
-No events, parties, or large gatherings - Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-This is a shoe-free home. Please remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the space clean
-Please do not use soap, bubble bath, or detergents in the jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. These products can damage the jet system and cause clogs. Water-only use is appreciated.
-The BBQ grill must be pulled out from the house before use due to safety concerns. Allow it to cool completely before returning it to its parking spot.
-The coffee maker does not have an automatic shut-off. Please remember to turn it off after each use to avoid overheating.
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
-4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
HOA Rules:
- NO FIREWORKS or OPEN FIRES - $1000 fine
- NO DISCHARGING FIREARMS or HUNTING - $1000 fine
- NO OVERNIGHT PARKING RVs or CAMPER TRAILERS
(Boats and toy trailers are ok)
- NO PARKING ON THE ROAD AT ANY TIME
- NEIGHBORHOOD NOISE CURFEW 10pm
- PETS MUST BE KEPT UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES
(Enforced by the HOA and local police. Any fines incurred will be charged
