Summary:
Brockway Springs #38. This unit is a very cozy and comfortable lake view unit. Knotty Pine walls and a River Rock gas fireplace lend to the "mountain feel." The kitchen has been updated to include a standard drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig. Don't forget to bring your K Cups! There is a flat screen TV in the living room. There is plenty of room, so bring the whole family! 2.5 baths. Queen/King/Queen **Loft is NOT part of the rental**

Whether vacationing in the townhomes or the tower, you will enjoy furnished accommodations with fully equipped kitchens, wireless internet access, HBO/cable, VCR/DVD players, patio furniture and barbecues, as well as a starter set of paper products.
Guest Access:
Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home, and is open all year, (with the exception of maintenance closure, one week in the spring and fall) along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes tennis courts (lakeside) and a pier, great for swimming, fishing or for picking up guests in your boat.
The Neighborhood:
We are located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a Kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire. This vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week, or month away from it all.
Getting Around:
We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!
There are taxis available in the area however, Uber and Lyft are a rarity.
Other Things to Note:
The loft space is NOT part of rental and is subject additional cleaning fee and a penalty of up to $500/night if used.
There is a three vehicle limit for this unit.
Interaction with Guests:
Full time staff in onsite Rental Office. 7-days a week 9 am- 4pm
